If you asked me, this was a sign that they shouldn’t have cancelled Moonlight. Such a thing happened again with Three Rivers because fans of The Unit weren’t going to watch it be replaced. That’s not to say that a good show can’t be replaced. Shark was replaced by The Mentalist and Without a Trace was replaced by The Good Wife. So it’s all a matter of what is a good fit to replace it.

i would buy this on dvd it was a great move plz bring it back or put it on dvd and to be honest i never watched ghost whisper untill the exlist aired so i dont understand without the ex list i would have never watched ghost whisper

this was a show i would buy on dvd if they would release it out on a dvd series.
There is no need for this show to be cancelled… i loved this show–

I really enjoyed this show and thought that the concept was right on target. Wished we could have known which guy she was going to choose in the end. I was so disappointed to see that it was canceled. Like the other fans on here, I hope they bring it back or at least let us see what the ending episode would have been like. I usually don’t like these kind of shows, but I loved this.

Loved this show and OB! I hope that CBS at least allows the show to go to DVD so we can watch the other 7 shows. Just a thought….or even better, maybe a cable network could pick it up. It would be a great show after The Starter Wife on USA network. I am really gravitating towards cable since they give shows more time to grow their audience. I do not know how much CBS I will be watching now….I at least will not try any new shows next time one comes out.

I need closure!!!! I hate it when they start a show and do not finish it. I loved this show the concept was a good one. Not all shows are a hit in the first couple episodes. Now what so those of us do that enjoyed the light hearted comedy on Friday night. Thanks alot CBS!!!

The Ex List was a great show. I think it was a bad idea to shut it down. My god, just give it a chance. Everything can’t be a hit right away. Put it back on the air. Hopefully another station will pick it up and give the show a chance. CBS Sucks for doing that!!!

BOO!! Cancelling this show was a bad idea. I had the same sad feeling when ABC cancelled Men in Trees, only CBS didn’t even give us a chance to get to know Bella like we did Marin. Sometimes, girls just need a sappy, cheesy “chick-flick” type of series. C’mon now people!

Wow. I am so bummed!!! I usually work late on fridays so I wasn’t able to watch it then but come saturday… I have been looking for it online and then this, so lame!!! I think it definitely would have picked up more viewers had it been given more time… I hope they at least have the consideration to view the rest of the season instead of just leaving us hanging. Anyhow I wish Bella (or rather the actress who plays her) luck I loved her on Gray’s to as Ava. Here’s hoping the honchos read message boards like these and bring The Ex List back.

I loved the ex list too. I didn’t think the show was on at a great time as I know I (and many people that I know) are busy on Fridays. I searched to find the shows online so I could catch up and then saw this. Sad. I would love to know what happens to Bella.

i am really upset that they cancelled the ex list… i had been looking forward to watching it since i saw the previews.. and when i finally watched it i was hooked after the first episode… i had to dvr them because i was working.. but i still watched them.. and the past 2 weeks.. i have come home to watch them.. and well it wasnt recorded.. and i thought that my DVR was just acting up.. and then i just read on here it was cancelled.. i thought it was a good show.. and they could have at least let it run its first season so we could see what happens you know.. instead of leaving us all hanging after just 4 episodes.. thats BULL… they always cancel the good shows… and well.. its not fair..

I cannot believe that CBS has cancelled this fantastic show! It is the only new series this season that immediately captivated me. The concept was great, and I thought the characters were interesting and the plot lines were attention grabbing. It’s a shame that when a really good show comes out, it gets axed if the viewership is not tremendous from the get-go. Please reconsider the decision to cancel the Ex-List. I’m sure I’m not alone in my request.

It’s the only NEW show this year I actually watched each week. I had to TIVO it usually, but I did watch it.

BRING IT BACK. It didn’t even have time to develop a following.. That takes time and word of mouth from fans like us.

I really was looking forward to watching it last night, but it never came on. What a disappointment… not all shows are popular from the beginning, but you should have given it a bit of time to develop and gain some viewer. PLEASE BRING IT BACK…. if not at least put the rest of the episodes online or something!

So disappointed they cancelled The Ex List!! It was a really great show, I even got my fiance’ to watch it with me which is not easy to do! I really wish they would bring it back, I dont feel it was given a proper chance. Will not be watching CBS fridays anymore.

I loved this show. I did not always watch it on friday nights, but I would TvO the show. I really would like to know more about Bella and the point of the show was really easy to relate to no matter what stage of your life you would be in. I am married and we both loved watching this. I REALLLLLY HOPE IT COMES BACK ON. !!!!!

Just goes to prove, Nina and the other folks at CBS are WAAAAY out of touch with their fanbase. We [the moonlight fans] told them that if they cancelled Moonlight, we would not watch anything else they put on that Friday Night 8pm time slot. We told them that anything they put there, would fail because we would take our business else where… They didn’t believe us. They thought the ratings would be through the roof on this new show… *shakes head* CBS is stupid…. they found a show that works, fans love it, Vampires are popular again (See: Twilight [the book saga and Movie], True Blood [the HBO series, which was picked up for a second season around the 3rd or 4th episode airing], and the announced Dark Shaddows [rumored to star Johnny Depp as Barnabass Collins, based on the TV soap opera]). You would think CBS would be smart enough to realise and see the rating potentially doubling if they kept Moonlight for Season 2… But once again, CBS had to toss a hit show that was working and raking in the fans for some stupid comedy about some desperate woman hearing that biological clock ticking… AS IF that’s what we, as a female demographic want to be seeing, AS IF that’s what the male demographic would want to watch!

They dumped Moonlight, which, for the women, had HOT, HUNKY, DROP (un)DEAD, GORGOUS men playing vampires. One a troubled man with a broken past, waiting for somebody to come along and show him love and acceptance (and every woman watching, wishing she were the lead lady love) and a confident, snarky, witty man who can make us laugh and swoon at the same time…. And for the men, had TONS of action and fight sequences to balance out the mushy love scenes that made the women swoon and aww and oooh. It was the perfect show… and they cancelled it! I bet Nina and the other CBS programming staff is kicking themselves in the @$$ right about now.

I love the show. It was a fun show for single females who can relate to Bella Bloom in the world of dating and trying to find Mr. Right. I really wish CBS would reconsider.

I’m not sorry to see The Ex-List go. CBS should have never cancelled Moonlight in the first place. Moonlight fans told CBS they would leave and we did.If they want us back then bring back Moonlight.

I was wondering what happened to the show when i didn’t see it on on friday. I find it said that it has been cancelled i thought it was a cute witty, romantic comedy. I hope they show at least the rest of the episodes that were made.
