It wasn’t a positive start for The Finder at all. It lost nearly 30% from its Bones lead-in in the demo and could only beat The CW’s Secret Circle in the timeslot. When compared with other FOX scripted shows, The Finder’s season average only beats Fringe on Friday nights. Even the already cancelled Allen Gregory performed better.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

I am very upset that it was cancelled.it was left at a cliff hanger and it was a great show! You keep the Cleveland show really??? It was lower in every category.. and it is a very lame show..

RENEW THE SHOW! It is witty, funny and absolutely well written. Very enjoyable show. RENEW IT!!!! I and many aquaintences of mine would like to see more! What happens to Walter? Willa? I need to know!

Why would you cancel a show that is well written, has plots that make sense and has a premise that is totally new to TVlands boring and trite replays of everything. Bring back the Finder, complete with the excellent cast and writers and give it a fair chance! It is every bit as creative as Bones and has a true sense of itself.

I am very mad at fox right now because everywhere I turn, they cancel my favorite TV shows. I was disappointed when they cancelled Alcatraz and demoralized when they canceled the finder.

I was going to start getting into terra nova but nope, Fox canceled that show too.

Fox time to rethink some things…

Bring back the finder the car toons shown are for adults and the humor is inappropriate. If these shows need to be shown it should be shown late nate.

I have been watching the show. I like it and it should return. If not at least give it an ending and not a cliff hanger. I would like to see the characters and plot develope more. The cast deserves a second season.
