Love Kevin Bacon in anything he does. I’d watch him reading the phone book. But last night’s finale was AWFUL. This story line dragged on and on and on…there was no rason to keep Joe alive. This ridiculous crime spree of serial killers and cast of characters should have been killed off in the finale or sent to jail so we’d NOT see them in the series ever again! . Clean slate period for season three, except for Kevin’s Ryan Hardy character, and possibly his niece and the character called Mike. They’d be a great team to solve a new serial killer crime spree with a cult setting. Even though I am not happy, I will be watching The Following next season…just because it’s Kevin Bacon. Sure hope the remaininng twin doesn’t become the new Joe and we’re subjected to such an absurd plot.

Folks, it just doesn’t get any worse than this. I’m not sure if this is even as good as Hostages and man, was that a joke in terms of plausibility. Truly bottom of the barrel stuff, unless you check any ounce of intelligence at the door when viewing. 24 can’t return soon enough. At least when Jack Bauer consistently blew off any sense of law enforcement protocol/backup, he’d offer some facsimile of a reason for it. This is some sad, sad stuff.

Love this show….i’ve watched season 1 two times and could not wait for season 2. Season 2 is gearing up to be as good as the first season if not better. Kevin Bacon deserves lots of awards. he really plays the character.
