TV show description:
A drama, this TV series revolves around a multi-ethnic family — a mix of foster and biological kids who are being raised by two moms.
Stef Foster (Teri Polo) is a dedicated police officer and her partner, Lena Adams (Sherri Saum), is a school Vice Principal. Together, they’ve built a close-knit, loving family with Stef’s biological son from a previous marriage, Brandon (David Lambert), and their adopted twins, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) and Jesus (Jake T. Austin).
Their lives are disrupted in unexpected ways when Lena meets Callie (Maia Mitchell). She’s a hardened teen with an abusive past who’s spent her life in and out of foster homes. Lena and Stef warily welcome Callie into their home thinking it will just be for a few weeks, until a more permanent placement can be found.
Callie is quick to observe that the Fosters are an atypical family, and her blunt commentary hits a nerve with Jesus and Mariana who are struggling to find their own identities. The twins have the opportunity to meet their birth mother, but they aren’t sure if they are emotionally ready, or if they want to share the experience with their adoptive moms. Callie also discovers that Mariana is harboring a secret that could land her in serious trouble.
Brandon is a talented musician with a kind soul. He lends Callie a hand in navigating the classrooms and social scene at the Fosters’ high school, Anchor Beach Community Charter School. He’s faced with a tough decision however when Callie decides to ditch school to reconnect with someone from her past.
What happens next determines if Stef and Lena made the right choice in taking a chance on Callie, and whether they have room in their home — and their hearts — for one more.
Episode #104 — Where The Heart Is
After a turbulent few days in Turks & Caicos, the family starts to question if the wedding will actually take place. The moms make a huge decision that will change the family forever.
First aired: June 6, 2018.
What do you think? Do you like The Fosters TV series? Do you think it should be ending or renewed for a sixth season?
Why was there only 10 episodes and not like the 20 episodes like in the last season and also they said there would be more Jude and Conner in this season 3 but it didn’t give us that. I want to see more of Jude and Conner and keep this show going it’s perfect and all theses Christians religious groups trying to get it canceled should be ignore if they don’t like it then they don’t need to watch and stop trying to control our lives. I love this show it needs to stay and have at least 11 season… Read more »
They’re breaking the season into two parts, just like in season two.
Renew!!! Or at least have a wrap up show
keep it coming love that showw
totally love it. It must go on.
cancel it now
I really love this show it really good they should do more of it
I love this show
This is an awesome family show, and gives new foster parents a taste of reality. Great show…………….It should STAY.
Please cancel this show. Too much sexual talk and suggestions, lying and smart attitudes. My granddaughters whole attitude has changed, for the worse, since she has been watching this show. She is hooked and I’m the only one who sees that the attitude of these teens are not someone you want your 13 yr old to be like. I am the only adult who seems to care ,of course, I’m the only one who has taken the time to watch.
REALITY HERE! This is what your child is experiencing in the real world, at school, hanging with her friends etc. Don’t blame the show for the way your child is acting. That would be like saying my child watches superman and now he thinks he can fly. Really?
It’s reality use this show to teach. This is a Great show it depicts changes in our
World. Please don’t cancel this show.
+Carol:If your granddaughters attitude has change then that’s not really the show’s fault that is more your granddaughters making their own choice to act like people they see on tv. or at least limit the tv time and maybe their attuide will change back.because the show is actually teaching kids really good life lessons.because the show will never get canceled.
Of course it should NOT be cancelled. It MUST be renewed!
I hope The Fosters are renewed. The Fosters covers everything that is going on today.
It is a great story.
Thank you,
Kathy
