KOP was such a funny show. I loved it from the beginning and would rewatch tivo’d episodes with my hubby and son..

It was laugh-out-loud funny and since,I dont care about American Idol or other shows like that, it was a welcomed change.

Boo to the knuckle-heads for turning their backs on such an excellent show.

Reality tv is going to rott everyones brain….

I was SO excited when my Tivo recorded Knights August 8th because IT WAS BACK!! YIPPEE!!!! The writers and the cast are so funny, and now there are no more episodes scheduled??????? Again?????? After one episode? Give me a break.

I still don’t understand why Knights didn’t take off, except that ABC really goofed on scheduling. Why not try it out again in the summer during rerun wasteland, and show all episodes incuding the 4 not aired. Better yet … NBC, FOX or CBS should pick up Knights (at least they seem to know something about comedy).

I love “Knights of Prosperity” and especially when they take the jokes too far. Any show that gives me more than what I’ve been programmed to expect is worth watching. I only wish they’d make it an hour long. SAVE THE SHOW – DON’T CANCEL.

This show is a dead-on spoof of the kind of cop/mystery shows we watched in the 70s (remember all those Quinn/Martin Prodoctions?) right down to the lettering, music and characters, loving brought up to date with goofy, comedic performances, zany plots and let’s not forget Sophia (the most gorgeous woman to walk the earth.) what a shame that something this original be cancelled?

Dumb television (AMERICAN IDOL) will always beat out intelligent television (KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY). People today fall so called “unscripted” pretentious nonsence that is disguised as a “reality” show.
Programs like AMERICAN IDOL insults peoples intelligence when they do those stupid audition shows. Either that or their screening process is a joke. Finally when the do the actual competition, is it necessary to have Simon, Randy, and drunk girl in the show? Doesn’t America vote?
It is a complete joke that fake reality beats out real comedy.

the nights of prosperity is a hilarious show, i caught the first episode on a plane ride home and i have been hooked ever since. It didn’t catch on as well as it should have, because i do not know anyone who watches it, but my family and i love it. Watch it and bring it back to life

Knights of Prosperity is the only sitcom I’ve been able to watch recently. Everything else seems to repeat the same, old, stale jokes and formulas. According to Jim is still on????????? How many sticoms have had that same story line? Everybody Loves Raymond, Home Improvement, Still Standing, Yes Dear, King of Queens, etc.

I could never waste my time watching Idol.

I’m sure that somebody, somewhere, has done a study on how much, in dollars, companies everywhere are losing daily, due to office chitchat about Idol. I watched it once, on a bet.

It killed one of my favorite shows,”Ed”.

And now, Oops, It Did It Again.

The creators of Knights are the same two guys who created “Ed”.

One of them is Letterman’s producer, Rob Burnett.

Even worse and true to the curse, star of “Ed”, Tom Cavanaugh, had another great show, “Love Monkey”, that got canned faster than ham.

America loves mediocrity.

I feel shame.

I am terribly dissappointed that Knights of Prosperity apparently has been pulled from the schedule. My friends and I LOVE this show, as it is quick and the dialogue is wonderful. I would only hope ABC would give it more time, as I recall Seinfeld was off to a slow start and look what happened to that “quirky show”!!!

I think The Knights of Prosperity and In Case of Emergency are two wonderful shows that should not be pulled at all. The unique plots of these shows are very different and sarcastic which is important for a show.

American Idol, American Idol is sooo long in the tooth I can’t stand it. Same Simon BS and all the other soap drama that goes with it.
THE KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY is truly a funny and original show. You have many cultural characters living and joking under one roof. Very funny references to people, places, events and now you want to cancel it because of the no brainer American Idol beat it out. Well, that’s America for you dumb as dirt. Intelligent writing used to be the protocol for successful shows but reality TV has turn this county and young adult population into a bunch of morons. Well I guess the name of the game is how to make a buck. Why don’t you air reruns of American Idol and ad to the moronic demise of television in America?

How lousy!! This show is one of the best on the air. It was paired next to lost, which seemed like a good idea, as they are both kind of “out of the box” kind of shows. I hope they at least webcast the remaining episodes. Maybe the producers of the show can get a differnt network to buy their show. The dialogue is great and the theme is ahead of its time. Long live the Knights.

Love the Knights of Prosperity! It’s an adorable show and is frequently laugh-out-loud funny. Why judge it against American Idol?
I think that the stations need to take into account the number of people who record these shows to watch later or watch them online. I watch about half my shows online — those viewings aren’t counted in ratings, but it doesn’t mean I don’t love the show!!!

KNIGHTS should have been on Fox. It’s way too funny for ABC. Fox has FAMILY GUY and SIMPSONS that they could have paired KNIGHTS with to make a laugh-riot night of TV … and, they literally couldn’t have put it up against American Idol (which blows). ABC has it next to GEORGE LOPEZ and ACCORDING TO JIM!? (Parden me while I vomit.) If they cancel KNIGHTS, ABC has officially become the ultimate SUCK of TV. The Knights of Prosperity is a great show. I didn’t think it would be worth watching at first, but in a stretch of boredom, I decided to watch the pilot online. I have not missed an episode since. It’s genius. There is nothing like it on TV. Maybe it just needs a bit more advertisement to get people like me to give it a shot.

Finally something funny I can watch to counter the few dramas I tune in for regularly on other networks and now I’m reading it’s in danger of cancellation. Is ABC simply against shows with ethnic diversity and quality comedy?

Killing the Freddy Prinze show I could understand but this…this is a damn crime.

The dialogue is hilarious and every character is completely loveable with Kevin Michael and Maz at the top of the heap.

In point of fact this is the first show I could stand to see Donald Logue on.

I grabbed all the episodes from a friend’s dvr and am glad for it after reading about the impending cancellation. At least I’ll be able to re-watch the 13 eppies ABC shelled out for in the months to come. Damn shame. This is seriously good comedy.

Oh well, tuning into ABC is always a limited thing. Last time I was an ABC fan they were airing the Greatest American Hero and Dynasty.

Guess they only have faith in shows with an all white cast.

I’m not much on watching TV shows, but caught the first show of “KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY” and have been coming back every since. Not sure what Robert is talking about …. I love the chemistry of the cast and I actually laugh out loud. My only critism is the number of commercials. Sofia is hot … Kevin Michael is hillarious …. Josh is incredible! Can only hope there will be another season.

I am a faithful American Idol fan..but one show that would keep me DVRing ABC’s showing at the time American Idol is on would be to see them bring back the best one they had and canceled and that would “Day Break”
Come on ABC…GET A CLUE!..YOU HAD THE RIGHT SHOW AND MESSED UP BIG TIME THIS TIME AROUND!! Pick up Reba from CW..and run it next to According to Jim from 7-8 CT..and then Day Break from 8-9 and Lost from 9-10 Central time and you own Weds night for me!!!

I could care less about Knights as it had a great idea for a new comedy, but they take the jokes too far and the dialog is awful. If they didn’t have these problems it might have formed an international following as it is aired up here in Canada on The Comedy Network (Our Comedy Central) along with ABC.

What really saddens me to hear is the trouble I.C.E. is in, because it is one of the more clever fast paced comedies. The actors not only are good, but have unbelievable chemestry.

If you have not seen In Case of Emergency, beg, borrow, or buy a copy of the first two episodes and watch them.

Just remember it is a comedy… don’t take it too seriously.
