It’s got a crazy premise but The Neighbors has a great timeslot. Will it be cancelled because of low ratings or could it actually survive to see a second season? We shall see.
The first season of The Neighbors typically airs Wednesday nights at 8:30pm on the ABC network. The sitcom’s cast includes Lenny Venito, Jami Gertz, Clara Mamet, Max Charles, Isabella Cramp, Simon Templeman, Toks Olagundoye, Ian Patrick, and Tim Jo.

Compared to last season’s premiere of Happy Endings in the same timeslot, the network was up by 6% in the demo (vs a 3.1 rating) and up by 27% in viewership (vs 7.25 million).
Overall, The Neighbors did well for ABC but, based on the negative reviews and comments, one has to think that there’s a very good chance the numbers will take a serious nosedive in week two. We shall see.

These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

I love this!! Who doesn’t love to laugh??!…. love the little “dry” one liners deliverd with a striaght face from our aliens…all the more funny!..please keep this show on. We need a break in the middle of the week and this is it!
My daughter and I LOVE this show. I hope it stays on for a long, long time. There aren’t many shows we can both enjoy and watch together. This is one of our favorites. If they give it a real chance, I know it will do great! It’s just so very funny, and so very sweet! It’s an all around good time!

I already stopped watching anything on channel 10 NBC, if they cancel this show I’ll just stop watching abc too. Netflix rules anyway, only a couple of good shows on but they cancel them without giving them a chance
This show is my highlight for Wed. night! ABC has a strong lineup for family entertaining and this show does NOT disappoint! In subtle ways it shows how to accept ones differences, work with shortcomings and to break down barriers! I Love, LOVE this show and I will be SO PISSSSSED if it is taken out. We need more “clean” comedy like this on the TV. We “live” reality…we need to escape it every now and then!

My husband and I love this show! We watch it together every week and literally laugh out loud! The writing is witty and intelligent. Findlly something new to the tv mix, we are do sick of reality shows snd thirty something’s trying to make it in the world! And we ate thirty somethings! The Neighbors is a refreshing and hilarious change! Each week the plot gets better! I would be heart broken to see this show cancelled.

The Neighbors is a clever funny show with a wacky premise and a bunch of whacky characters to go with it. Love the neighborhood aliens and the funny situations they get into. I love the human family and the Alien one. There is nothing like it on TV. Looking forward to the next episode.
