The Unit is a GREAT show. I think it is better than the “other high suspense show” on Fox because it stays with its characters from season to season. Also the relationships with their families and each other,gets into the depth of each character – it’s not just about a mission. I say how can such trash shows (sitcoms)stay on and this wonderful show be cancelled?????????????

CBS, you’re killing me. This was alsolutely The Best show. I have the asme concerns that have been voiced before. The Theme from years one and two was much better and conveyed the seriousness of the men, the missions, and the show in general. Also less wives as double agents would have been nice as well. Overall though, this was an awesome show about the Delta Force shooters and how things can change in a moments notice. Really guys, there was not one slot available for this show? Some of the crap that passes the test isn’t worth anything. Please rethink this, or let someone else have the show. PS: Please don’t cancel my second favorite show now, Criminal Minds. That is borderline realistic too so I am sure it is doomed. Not enough vampires, smasrtass teens, or idiot parents.

My husband and I loved wathching “The Unit”. It was one of the last honorable shows left on TV. I mean it showes the pride of America and Amercia as Hero’s.
I think it makes us a stronger better people for having watched the show. There are some of us that still have pride in their country.

Everything on TV seems to be reality shows, this was a nice hour to be fully entertained and forget the world for an hour.

It actually makes it’s viewers stronger in their lives, business, and country.

I am not in the over 55 crowd and older. However I am a cancer survivor and the same moxy that it took to make it through breast cancer was the same integrity and moxy you need to be a survivor.

Would have been great if it was changed up a little…bringing some of the younger actors in but not taking away the core of the show such as Jonus(Haybert) and Mollie(Taylor) would have been a good spin.

Hopefully another network will pick the show back up and give it some tweaking so that it can continue on for more seasons!

Wow what a great show and its cancelled. Im not one to watch too much tv (really I dont) but i sure as heck watched The Unit, It’s the only thing i watched on tv at night.
Loved it, coming from an Ex Marine and current Police Officer.
Please bring it back u have a great cast, and a great writer.

Stop and think for a minute. ITS A GREAT SHOW.

What are you guys thinking about. This is the greatest show on television the re-runs are still exciting to the unit fans all across the world. I wish another tv or production would pick this show up. You guys are crazy for letting this slip through your hands.

CBS, I cannot believe you cancelled an excellent show. There is so much crap on TV that I watch only a few shows. I waited all summer for the return of the Unit. The writing was very good and the charactors well defined. Shame on you. Please bring it back.

OMG, I can’t believe The Unit has been cancelled. My husband and I plan our whole week around this program. It is one of the very few shows with high standards, morals, and entertainment that we love. Why would CBS cancel such a great show. We call our friends and other family members and talk about the show every week. We waited all summer for this show. We are so loyal to the showing. Is this a political move? I am highly suspiscious about why they would cancel a show people absolute love. Shame Shame. Who’s making these decisions? Losers.

i’ve never commented online about a tv show; until now. I hope comments actualy make as diferrence. This show touched you at times and reminded you at others about prescious personal moments. My wife who is not into war, violence, or militiary situations fell in love with this show. she put it on the top of our dvr list and watched it as if we were at the movies. she told me it was cancelled and i said ur wrong, theres no way. Now im shocked. Pleaser tryt to bring it back on tv. Really good show. Great writing. I feel the same about an old show about great writing called the West Wing.

I agree with all of these people. It was number 1 on our dvr and I am very disappointed that CBS canceled it. Please CBS be smart and either bring it back or let someone else continue with it.

I just found out the horrible news. My favorite show has been cancelled. There are plenty of other shows(terrible ones) that could have been taken off besides that one.
Please bring it back. I believe it will not be a wise move for CBS. It was the only good show on your station.

I think it’s horrible that The Unit has been cancelled. I was really looking forward to watching the next season and seeing what happens with the characters. It was a well developed show and the only thing that i watched on CBS to be honest. I hope another channel picks this up. It was one of my top5 and definitely one on my DVR list. This was a big mistake!

The best show on TV. First in line on my DVR. All the good shows are being cancelled and crap remains. Wont be watching much TV anymore.

With all the junk on TV that I and many others don’t even watch, they go and cancel just about the best show on the air! Bring it back! What could you possibly replace it with? Another spin off of a law, cop or forensic show? Or worse yet a comedy or cartoon?

I rarely watched any shows on CBS until The Unit. They have a handful of decent shows and the “The Unit” was on top of my list. I guess they lost another viewer when they decided to cancel the show. Please bring it back!

Nice to see a show depict some of the reality of war at home, overseas, and within the makeup of the family . To cancel The UNIT now with war continuing on over seas and families needing something to relate to would be disappointing. The show represents more then what we see or conceive of war. It touches us, lets us see hope, and gives people, i believe a true sense of what we experience in life and how to deal or work through problems physically and mentally. I am a veteran and my family went through an emotional rollercoaster when i was on deployments. The show brings back good and bad memories but overall my family and i can relate to The Unit. To whom ever reads this, lets keep the show alive and running, plus the acting is outstanding.

CBS should have kept The Unit This will be a great loss to their line up. Why they picked up Medium is beyond me. It wasn’t that good or else NBC would have kept it. PLEASE, PLEASE bring back THE UNIT

CBS made a bad move with canceling this show! It’s never too late for execs to change their minds and put it back on! They would be smart to do just that, if not, grow a pair and sell it off to NBC! At least that’s a real network that would do the right thing!
