Unusuals was a really good show. I only saw this on NetFlix but if it would be picked up by another channel I would never miss an episode.

PLEASE BRING THE UNUSUALS BACK!!!!!!! I Love this show. The characters all click and the story lines are great! I like the fact there is not a lot of sex and gore…Why do shows like this always have to be canceled.

It would appear that the decision to cancel the show was driven by a personal problem on the part of a high ranking exec at ABC. The time slot was changed “mid-season” to kill the show and ensure that it would not garner ratings or a loyal following. It really stinks that a good series with such potential was flushed AFTER ONLY 10 EPISODES! If ABC really wants to appeal to a broad and low spectrum of viewers, try nude roller derby.

The Unusuals was by far a better show with better writing and better acting than that lame show on now called the “Good Guys”. That show(Good Guys) is HORRIBLE, and definitely one for the round file!!! Bring the Unusuals back!

I am sick that The Unusuals got cancelled. It was so funny and so well done. Jeremy Renner – this year nominated for an Oscar? And Amber Tamblyn, one of my favorite actresses. Why didn’t they give it more time? It was so much better than many other shows that are still on.

I thought the show was great. I have no idea why it should have been canceled. All of the cast members performed perfectly. It was a quirky show but with a style all of it’s own. Please bring it back. Amber Tamblyn is great.

Screw the “snotty” critics. This show was off-beat, odd and very fun. You chumps at ABC realize that not everything must be “Real Life and Death”. Look up the history of MASH, Cheers, Home Improvement; all slow startersall which became the Gold Standards. Hey ABC, don’t take up gardening you don’t seem to have the patience to “watch things grow”.

The UNUSUALS

It may have had a slow start; S0 did some of the lasting shows on T.V.

How about having a contest to see how many shows , movie and stage, were slow starters, but lasted longer than most.

I’ve watched all of shows straight through last night plus one new one.

I TOLD SOMEONE ABOUT THE SHOW TODAY. I thought ABC was showing The Unusuals starting iin April.

It would be fun to have an UNUSUAL movie night. Friends gather to watch the movie together.

Have a contest to see if those who would l like a family friend movie night (watching the UNUSUALS ) write in chattering about their thoughts about the UNUSUALS. Who? What? and Why?

The ten letters chosen will have an opportunity to get autograph tapes (10) of the one they had chosen to write about.

I would be willing to watch it for a third or more times with friends. Could be…. we could even win.

Just watched the shows on HULU. The show had some flaws(e.g. too much heavy handed unimaginative guitar music), but I grew to like the characters and their development. The drama was handled matter of factly, ala the 60s, without being mawkish as is the modern taste; The humor often had subtlety and was devoid of the accursed laugh track. I bet you that it takes off in the UK. Anything slightly out of kilter scares and confuses Americans. Oh yeah, dumbest title ever.

Better than most shows ABC has aired this year and many that’s it’s kept way past their predictable cancellation.
Won’t miss the weird duo though, but liked the other characters.
A much better season than NYPD blue’s last and more tolerable than Life on Mars.

The Unusuals was a terrific show. Why doesn’t ABC give the shows they put on a chance to get the word out to other potenital viewers? Life on Mars was great! Til Death is funny. Why are these shows only given a short time to find it’s audience? Nowadays, they cancel shows at the drop of a hat! If Seinfeld hadn’t been given a chance to find it’s audience, where we would all be? Yada Yada Yada-Bring them ALL back!

I’m not a huge fan of copshows, but the Unusuals was really good – please bring it back ABC! There is *far* too much mind-numbingly boring dross on, especially in this oversubscribed genre, that this quirky, original show with interesting characters is almost a crime to cancel.. somebody should investigate

This is an awesome, down to earth show. During the first season the characters really came together and the uniquness of several of the series’ characters was very refreshing for a cop show, given the many different (and wonderful) cop shows to choose from. They’ll probably cancel it, but if anyone with influence actually reads these posts, I and my husband are pleading that the Unusuals is brought back!!!

Some would look at this show and see humorbut, what I saw was a true to life police station. Lives interact between officers some through love, lust, fear and care. The ongoing pranks between men and women working in stress filled lives. After working 25 years on a police department this is the closest thing to real police work since Barney Miller.

ABC is the most unorganized broadcasting station I have ever encountered. They get rid of shows to quickly and have some dumb idea that moving a show around to 8 time slots will help. They shouldn’t get rid of the unusuals, Samantha who, Dirty sexy money, and Eli stone. IDIOTS but they will show the Bachelor ???? REALLY?!?!?!?!

I really loved The Unusuals. It was something to look forward to each week. I didn’t know that it had been cancelled, however. I just figured that ABC had moved it to the time slot of 8pm on Wednesdays. I thought that Obama’s weekly primetime news conferences kept pre-empting the show.

Wasn’t too crazy about pilot….but gave it another chance, really enjoyed the show, more down to earth than most, quirky, funny, and great cast with good interactions.

I’m so disappointed this show was cancelled! I was so thankful for a cop show that finally captured the odd circumstances and behaviors of citizens that real cops deal with every day, the unexpected things people say and do that cops have to react to with respect and professionalism – it takes a health dose of humor that was captured perfectly in this show. The characters are quirky and endearing, the stories engaging, and the humor subtle and intelligent. I hope someone picks up this show!!!

This was the best new show in years! ABC put it on during basketball and hockey playoffs. Started it midseason and is surprised by dismal ratings. They should have hyped it for a summer w/ teasers and put it on in the fall against Jay Leno. I bet it would have done well for all the people out there who don’t want to watch Jay Leno on primetime every night! How can they expect to get great ratings when they won’t even give a show a chance to get an audience. Plus they announced it was cancelled 1/2 way through the “season” Who is going to start watching a show episode 6 when you know it ends on episode 10? Just common sense!

I can’t believe it was the season finale. What a joke! It was a great show, very edgy, unusual characters (refreshing!) and good dialogue. The networks simply don’t know a good thing when they see it, nor how to nurture it. They should probably take the show to cable and find their audience there.
