please bring back this show it was sooooo funny. I felt like you did not give it a long enough chance for people to know if they like it or not. I understand that ratings mean alot but you didn’t even try to move it to a different time slot, a different day or perhaps another time of year, Summer maybe since most weddings happen in the then. did you even try? if you did I sure didn’t see it or think so. Please bring this show back or at least sell it to another station.

How can we get this show back on? It was the best show and with weddings and wedding stuff being so popular I just don’t get it!! I’m in the wedding business in Washington and it was my brother in California who told me about the show- I faithfully watched it and actually went through hell to get to a TV set the final evening it wasn’t on but was replaced by some stupid movie. How can we get this back even if it’s on another network- I don’t get why one of the biggies like ABC, NBC or CBS hadn’t picked it up. And how do they really know how many people are watching what? I’ve never been polled.

Today is September 26, 2007 and I am in a state of shock. I was checking the line up for the return of my favorite sitcoms and to no avail – NO VEIL – NO CAKE – and NO WEDDING BELLS!!! What the Heck? This was a feel good television show that has definite promise – Come on Fox – I want a wedding – I want bells to ring – Please think it over and Hello – move over American Idol – who wants idols anyways – I want a Fall Wedding.

I absolutely loved this show and its amazing that you just cut it without warning. I taped it every Friday and me, my boyfriend, and my mom watched this show together. Thats rare to find a show that everyone will like. It took me so long to find out what happened to the show. Oh no! We have been waiting for this show to return. We had no idea it was canceled. Everyone I knew was watching it and loved it! Where in the world did they get the ratings from? Someone totally screwed up. This was the best show on television. We laughed out loud and every one in the show was excellent. There was not a show to compare it to. FOX screwed up with this loss.
Someone had to screw the stats up on this. It was as enjoyable to my parents, who are in their 70′s, as it was to my young adult children. It was just great. Someone must have not liked that it didn’t have some sick, twisted relationship in it. Darn, darn, darn.

i just found out Wedding Bells was cancelled! I thought the season would pick up in September. What a waste! I actually had my 16 year old daughter, 31 year old straight male friend and 60 year old parents just starting to watch it. it pleased all ages and was a great Friday night after a long week. BRING THE SHOW BACK!

What a shame that such a gem of a show would be cancelled. It’s been years since a series like this was introduced to american audiences. Everyone from the incredible cast to the writers, directors, set and costume, and lighting designers were at the top of their game.

David, if you read this, bring the show to HBO. You’ll find your audience there.

I am very disappointed that this show was cancelled. I had told all my friends and family to watch and they did. The night that the White Chicks movie or what ever it was, was on everyone called me to see what was going on. I talked to Michael Landes’s mom as to what was going on with it and she told me that it was cancelled. I couldn’t believe it. Yes, I watched this show because my friend was in it but I would have watched it even if he wasn’t. I liked it that much. I hate seeing shows that are bloody, gory, stupid and what ever else that I don’t like to watch. I love these family shows where my family and I can sit around and watch without putting the kids in their room because of things that I don’t want them to watch. I am not a big fan of a lot of shows that FOX airs but I was really excited to hear that they finally have a full family fun and entertaining show that everyone at all ages can watch. Then to find out that it was cancelled just really upset me. PLEASE, PLEASE bring back Wedding Bells and maybe try it on a different night so it is not competing with the Ghost Whisper.

Why is it that all the good family shows are being cancelled? Why is it that all new shows aren’t given a chance to prove how well they can do? All new shows should be given more than 4 weeks to prove themselves. Let’s try giving new shows a full season if not at least half a season. 4 weeks just isn’t long enough.

Again PLEASE, PLEASE bring back Wedding Bells and maybe try it on a different night it is a very good show.

I saw this program, interesting, funny, love the actors and the story line, you can’t beat Missy Pyle, and all the others. How can a show come on one night, and be gone the next week it did not even get a chance to prove itself. I looked forward to seeing this show and was telling everyone about it. I looked for it and find one of the actors on another program. I say, hey what happened to wedding bells. now I know. I hate network TV. I grew up in the seventies and all the shows that have become classics and groundbreakers. I wish those execs were still around. The problem is the twenty somethings executives looking at the money line instead of the product and content of the show. They are trying to get the dumb bubble heads that watch american idol instead of the real viewers who watch and stay home. Hey executives your twenty somethings are playing video games at video stores and listening to their Ipods at the mall shopping or doing the club scene.

I am so disappointed that Wedding Bells was cancelled. The characters and emotions were so real! It seems that men liked this show as much as women, my husband included! I have to admit that we did not watch the show on Friday nights, but taped it to watch later. We didn’t want to miss an episode! Lucky for me we still have the episodes taped!! Does FOX have any series that has done well on a Friday night!?! It doesn’t seem that shows are given second chances, but with better marketing and advertising and a better night – who knows! This show was funny with a capital F. My wife and I made a point to watch each episode. The writing was excellent and we so enjoyed the actors interaction with each other. Fox did not give the show a true amount of time before the ax was dropped.

This was an excellent show, you did not give it a chance! Well FOX if you want this person to watch your station you had better do something about it. Because most of your shows are garbage. The show was developing wonderfully, it very humorous , some parts just extremely funny. I also have assisted in planning weddings, and I could relate to this show. And for the most part this show was a lot cleaner and more up lifting than some of the other garbage you put on.

Again comedy and good programming fails to get a fair chance. As other people have stated “white Chicks”!? How dumb do you have to be to work in programming for TV? Reality TV is cheap but then again you can only show it once. To the programmers and staff of all networks: You forgot that good comedy last forever, “I Love Lucy” is running every minute of every day some where on Earth and it is 50 years old and in B&W.
So goes the chance to have a Summer season with good entertainment. Well they shot down “Twenty Good Years” and “Happy Hour” this Spring also.

I am saddened by the cancellation of this show. I even tivo’d it when I knew that I would be out. If Fox won’t resurrect it, perhaps it can gain a stronger following on one of the cable channels. Additionally, 4 weeks is not enough to judge it by, many new shows take a while to catch on. AI was a great lead in, but the switch to Friday happened too soon.

I, too, am disappointed that the show was only given a 4-week attempt to pull in an audience. Changing the time slot did not help. But, I should not be surprised since Fox bounces House all over the place to accommodate two hours of AI which could be captured in about 30 minutes. I would hope Fox would reconsider or at least offer it to a cable network (i.e. USA). My boyfriend hates Grey’s Anatomy but this show he would watch with me.

Personally, I got a kick out of this show. I think one of the reasons it did so poorly is because fox placed it on a Friday night time slot. How many viewers are going to watch on a Friday evening. I did a web search to find out what happened to one of my new favorite shows, only to find it’s been cancelled. We’re very disappointed! It seems entertaining, wholesome programs get cancelled in favor of sex, violence, language, nudity, etc. This was fun, a good show, with interesting, well-developed characters, and a great story line.
We saw almost no teaser advertising to promote interest in a new program — we happened on it by accident in the schedule — and it was almost obscure in the line-up! It’s my opinion that Fox did not give this program enough time or opportunity to succeed — maybe these belles are late bloomers
Please consider giving Wedding Belles another chance — only treat them better this time!

I thought the show was cute. I love Heather
Tom & started to watch it because of her.

It was a cute show & I could not believe it was cancelled. You didn’t even give it a chance. Now I have nothing to watch on Friday.

bring it back. Bones is the only show you show that is any good.

Seriously.. why on earth would you pull such a clever, witty, and original show. It was different and so fun to watch. It was the one show my husband actually agreed to watch WITH me. It figures I get hooked on a tv show and it gets pulled. The reason the ratings weren’t that great is because it was on a Friday night. Try a different one! To be honest this was the only show I watched on FOX. And why did you air it one night and then have it play on another. That undoubtedly confused everyone. Please give this show another try.

Wow! I can’t beleive Fox would do this. The last one I saw made me cry and laugh. What are they thinking this is a great show for everyone and anyone. My brother who is a man’s man thinks this show is funny!

I absolutely loved this show. Great writing, good performers, very entertaining. The producers and actors did their job. You failed with your programming. Maybe you should reconsider.
