Patti, I agree with you but, they probably won’t keep it on because the star of the show is going to be starring on the remake of Hawaii Five-O, which is most likely going to FLOP!! and he can not be on the 2 shows and channel at the same time. At least thats what I think….and will be cancelled along with all of Alex O’Loughlin’s shows they just don’t give him a chance…..

I really liked the show and wish they would bring it back. I am near Pittsburgh and it was nice seeing the city represented in the series. Maybe put it on a better time slot. It has a lot of fans.

My husband and really enjoyed Three rivers. We told other people about the show and they loved it too. we have been watching for new episodes and i decided to look on-line only to discover it has been cancled. we are truly disappointed. I also have to say, that I was not an organ doner. I had mixed emotions about it until I started watching the show. My husband and i are both organ doners now! I think many other people would become doners as well if the show would come back!

You are kidding me, right. This is a first class act show that introduces first class actors in an environment that is unbalastasted, withouthout proof that imagination, flusters, comfters a future setting such as a helicopter laying gently a heliopad,making it seeming so regularly, thus, not so life-threatening to those not so exposed to same’; to disrupt life as it emits in so many windows and so many offices and ambiguously allows its characters to prove their findings. From better to worse, or the the other way reverse, life as seen through the eyes of someone who expresses hope, hence this show portrays a sense a sincerity of real hope that something lays ahead and gives the patient an immensity amount of a slight of an expectation; whether it may transpire to another to a greater step above or not; the sincerity of the characters appears to be there sans the Hollywoos glitter. I would really not be happy to see this see show go off the line up off the lineup of the Sunday shows. I beg you reconsider..

People are still finding out that their favorite show has been cancelled. For all the people that write in there are thousands that don’t even realize that they have somewhere to express there opinion. Or maybe they realize that our opinion doesn’t count anyway. Does anyone even read these comments? Most people don’t watch as much TV as they used to because the shows are lousy and the commercials are 4 plus minutes long instead of the 2 minutes they used to be. It was worth sitting through the commercials to watch Three Rivers. I had 3 shows that I watched faithfully each week…….Three River, The Good Wife and The Mentalist . All the other shows are tired or reality based. Please bring back this quality show.

I can’t believe they canceled Three Rivers…without even giving it time to settle in! I so loved this show! I don’t understand why CBS had to pull it so qickly…never giving it a real chance. I thought the show was well written…good content….meaningful episodes.
With so much crap on tv these days.. I really enjoyed Threee Rivers!! I really really hope that CBS will re-consider giving it a REAL second try!! Please re-consider and bring it back on!!

I am terribly disappointed that Three Rivers has disappeared. It was one of the best shows on TV. There is so much junk on and this was a show with substance. Many of us do not enjoy things like The Office, Cold Case and such, but we look forward to shows of the quality of Three Rivers. Please bring it back..Give it a chance to get into peoples hearts.

I can not believe they would even think about canceling Three Rivers. This show is outstanding and was so intense, it had me crying at moments. Many people out there are not aware of what an organ donor even is, and this show sheds light into how grateful organ donors and their families are; for getting a new chance in life. I think the show only got low ratings(which I find hard to believe) because the network did poor advertising on the show. They didnt try to grab the audience. No one even knew about the show, what kind of networking is that? KEEP IT, or they are just plain dumb.

CBS should NOT have cancelled Flashpoint, The Unit, Without A Trace, or Three Rivers. It is not fair to base ratings on shows that begin during football season because they really are not being aired in their time slot due to games running over etc. I know that I not only watch them but I DVR episodes too and that makes it difficult when the show is 45 minutes late. If they would have all of them viewable by web episode or ON Demand, like Criminal Minds is another one that you can’t watch if you miss part of it. BRING THE GOOD SHOWS BACK and put them in the correct time slot. If I worked at CBS I would have the shows The Price is Right primetime on Sundays because it doesn’t matter if you miss part of it or not….it is really just filler TV!

I don’t watch much TV, but this is a show I never missed and when I did, thank god for tbo. We now will never know if Koul ever gets a heart and the episode with Mandy Patinkin was heart grabbing. This shows people what rights they might have when it comes their time instead of suffering until they die and can’t help others. I don’t know whose idea it was to cancle this show, but they were crazy ! I don’t think you gave the show a chance, I forgot it had started and had to find the episode I missed and NEVER missed another. I think you should reconsider your decision and bring the show back next season. I really miss it

I loved the show; the episode with Mandy Patinkin was absolutely astonishing; I haven’t been moved by a show since ER’s “Love’s Labor Lost” and this show won an Emmy; CBS is very short sighted and didn’t give this show the chance it deserved; I guess I’ll watch “Mercy” on NBC

Please bring Three River’s back, it was a good wholesome show with sensitivity & something that people should know more about! I watched every show & looked forward to watching it every week. Please bring the show back, I loved it, when a show is so moving that it brings tears to your eyes, then it is a moving and good show. I think the ratings were low because of when it was aired not because it was a bad show. CBS always has a way of getting rid of the shows that mean something. We need more shows that show a sensitive side and giving side to humans instead of sexual or violent.

Every time that a dood show such as Three Rivers, Trauma, or Southland is aired it is cancelled without having been given a full season to gather a solid following. Conversely, trashy reality shows aren’t held to the same standard and go on and on and on. It’s time the Networks show a little backbone and provide TV fare for thinking viewers who appreciate good acting and storylines.

I agree CBS really needs to look at their line up and do something with the shows that are just not worth watching(sitcoms). The reason this show did not get the numbers to support it staying on the air is simple every week it was shoved, pushed, bullied around by the other programs on CBS. Please don’t cancel “Three Rivers”. I was really upset when CBS canceled Moonlight and now they’re doing it again. Please stop cancelling shows with Alex O’Loughlin!!!! He’s the main reason why I loved Moonlight. Now, again CBS has a great show that’s being canceled. Shame on you!! Please CBS bring Three Rivers back on any night, it doesn’t matter. The show is awesome it has a great cast and I’m sure organ donors have increased just because of this show. How many shows can actually claim they did something worthwhile for humanity.

What is nice about this show is that it is unique; there has never been a medical show like it. I really enjoy the show; I like its content, its setting (Pittsburgh), and the acting. I even like the fact that it is on Sunday evenings, when not much else is going on unless you want more football on your menu.

CBS should be applauded for purchasing the show, and equally ridiculed if it removes the show from the airwaves.

“THREE RIVERS” is an awesome show! The stories are so real and touching. It’s my favorite new program of the season. It truly is an awesome show and has an amazing cast.
Years ago, “EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND” was sinking fast on Friday nights on CBS.
Then CBS moved “RAYMOND” to Monday nights and it thrived! Come on CBS, get with it!
“THREE RIVER”S can thrive as well. Do not cancel this wonderful program!

Three Rivers is just another medical soap opera…I couldn’t even watch the advance video…bad show. It won’t make it. Will be gone by January.
CBS HAD a winner with Moonlight. Stupid move to cancel an interesting program.

I’ve watched the show from the first episode. When I miss it, I watch it online. I thoroughly enjoy it. It’s nice to watch something that you aren’t waiting for the shock factor. I thought the writers were building on something with the relationship between Andy, his wife and his past and the relationship between Dr. Bailey and Miranda and how they resolve their differences now that Miranda found out Dr. Bailey and her father were having a relationship.

I was eager to see how it all played out. I have come to understand that tv execs don’t really look to see if the show has potential. If it does not have a strong beginning, they drop it. Most things that last do not start fast. They build a foundation so they can become strong. So far CBS has dropped shows which have proven themselves, Guiding Light and Flashpoint. I do hope they don’t do it again.

As always, Alfre Woodard is fabulous; O’Loughlin, sexy; Henney, HOT; Hanke, cute, sweet, will always do the right thing boy next door. With those elements how can you not have a successful show? We want fabulour, sexy and hot. The Dr. Miranda Foster character is a little dry however Moenng is a good actor. I hate to see Three Rivers canceled. I enjoyed watching this show but I think people want to see a little more drama and more into the characters. Please reconsider…

I watched this show and wanted to like it. But as a physician, there are just too many medical inaccuracies for me to tolerate watching this show. There are some points where it seems like the writers never checked with a physician to see if it is medically correct. Don’t they hire medical reviewers to check out the script?

Hey – Just what we need- Another medical drama! Great job CBS! Take off the award winning VAMPIRE SHOW – you know, the one with creative characters, unending story potential, Alex O wet body shots for the bland charaters, predictable stories, and over dramatic cuts to commerials! Don’t get me wrong, I think that the attention given to organ donation is a great thing, but this show sucks. I am sorry, I REALLY wanted to like it, TRIED to like it, but I really think that this character is a waste of Alex O’s talent. I really think he is a very gifted actor. This character is way to “vanilla” to stretch his outstanding abillities. It feels like a trip back in time to “Marcus Welby MD”.

Cancelling Moonlight was a HUGE mistake. When Vampires are so Hot right now…. Can you just IMAGINE the sponsor revenues you could be generating! Hmmmmm – who should be FIRED over this?
