Three Rivers: Petition to Continue the CBS TV Show

Three RiversThe dedicated doctors on CBS’ Three Rivers work very hard to save the lives of everyday people in need. Now, it’s their TV show that needs help. Though Alex O’Loughlin and the other actors do excellent work, the series has gotten poor ratings from the start and Three Rivers will be cancelled.

Remember, the most important thing to CBS and the sponsors is for people to watch the show on their television, while it’s being broadcast. Downloading, watching online, or viewing on a DVR days later is nice but it really doesn’t help a show’s ratings.

If you like Three Rivers and want to see it continue, there are a few things you can do to help keep it going.

  1. Watch the show each week, preferably live, and encourage others to do the same. You might know a Nielsen family and not even know it.
  1. Talk about the show with other people; at school, at work, online, or wherever. Creating a buzz about a show gets people interested and invested in watching.
  1. Sign the petition below and encourage others to do the same.
  1. Write to the network. Be respectful. Everyone responds better to courtesy. Tell them how much you enjoy the show, that you’ve signed the petition, and that you want to see it continue.   1. Take note of the products that you see advertised consistently during the show. Write the advertisers and tell them that you appreciate their sponsoring the show and that you buy their products (if you do).

We, the undersigned, greatly enjoy watching the new Three Rivers TV show on the CBS network. The stories are gripping and heartwarming. The acting and writing are excellent. It also helps to educate the public about the importance of organ donations.

Please find a way to keep Three Rivers on the air. We are devoted viewers who will continue to watch the program, encourage others to do the same, and will support the series’ advertisers as well. If necessary, change its night and time. Please keep it going, either on CBS or, if necessary, on one of the other CBS-affiliated channels.

    Came across the show on netflix and really loved. Its a shame that it ended. I usually find shows through netflix,get caught up so I will know whats going on when I watch them on TV. Me and a few friends were very disappointed when we realized it wasnt on anymore.

    yes i think the show must go on please i really enjoyed watching it... looks like a little bit of paranormal activities ...i like watching tv programs like that keeps you on suspense :) ... please return rivers to us thank u so much for making a good show to watch :)

    I love this series. I certainly would watch more episodes. Why do all the good shows get removed and all the crappy ones stay on. The show made me think about all the good one body can do for another. I have been on a donor list for years and now I am sure I made the right choice

    Just started watching the show on netflix and love it. I would love to see more episodes. if you could bring out new episodes I would watch it everyweek on television. It is a good show, with a great cast.

    love the show- better than House- Please bring it back. They really care about people. I do love Dr. Andy- watch him on Hawaii 5 0, He is a very good actor and soooooo good looking.

    Found Three Rivers on Netflix and was immediately hooked and intrigued. I LOVE the characters on the show and since I'm an organ donor, can appreciate now more than ever how many lives I will save. It's very inspiring, the actors are wonderful and I'm so disappointed that there are only 13 episodes. Wish they would bring it back!

    Just discovered this show on nextflex. I had never even heard of it, and watched another show on Sunday nights for years. I finished the first season and want more! Maybe if you have the show on at a different time and day it would do better!

    We were very disppointed when Thre Rivers was cancelled. I am a retired hospital president in Kitchener, Ontario and found the story lines very realistic as well as well acted. This show about organ donation would probably increase the awareness of the need for organ donations. My wife and I miss the show and hope that Three Rivers will be given a new time slot which is often a very big part of a show's success or failure.

    I found three rivers on Netflix. I don't eatch a lot of tv, so did not know about this show until i found it this weekend on Netflix. I watched all the episodes thiw weekend, finishing season 1 this evening. I was ready to start season 2, and much to my dismay have found that the series has been cancelled! I am indisbelief that a show with such great writers and acting team was dumped. BAD call CBS :(

    Had never seen the show, but found it on netflix i was hooked after the first episode, The show should never have been cancelled. Couldn't wait to come home and see the next episode.

    2 observations to be made: - Return on the decision to stop(arrest) this series which was strong interessante and of current - events plan a DVD exit(release) of this series at the world level.

    Just recently saw this on Netflix. I really hope that you will bring it back to CBS. It is a really great show. I think if it were better promoted it could have been a great thing for your station. It was an excellent show that I wasn't afraid to watch with my whole family. Please, please, please bring it back!!

    I love this show it is amazing I watched it on netFlix I was really looking forward to the next seasonof this show I hope you bring it back it was one show I could watch with my kids and not have to worrie about sex in the show. It's a Good family show please bring it back
