I have read that Melissa, one contestant of Extreme Weight Loss had lost 142 pounds. This is a notable weight loss story. It can be surprising but there are multiple weight loss success stories online I came across recently. It is clear that losing considerable weight can be done. However, it should be done in a healthy manner that may also be followed over the long term without asking you to never eat again the food you crave the most.

I share a bit of my thoughts regarding this subject on this page: http://9nl.eu/err4

There is also a link there to a video that introduced me to a phenomenon about weight loss and genders that I don’t think I heard about before.

I do not believe in letting a diet shackle you by making you completely deprive yourself of delicious, lawful and healthy food, just because you wish to lose weight.

    Can this really be beneficial?

Love The Night Shift, buuuuut, the lead Dr. needs to “clean himself up.” No one wants to go to a doctor who looks like he lives in his van.
