Let’s all be civil. Whether it came before or after the Following doesn’t matter. It’s not getting ratings and will soon disappear, making the below arguments moot. For me, it’s good riddance to this show.

Uh, Grandizer, you do realize that The Cult was a show that was originally supposed to air on The WB right? The concept for the show was around WAY before The Following, so uh you might wanna do some fact checking next time before running your big fat mouth.

Uh Jack, I don’t need to fact check a show that came out AFTER a show that is killing it in the ratings. I don’t care what channel it was supposed to come out on. It came out. It is awful and it is being shipped to the Friday Night death slot.
Those are facts.

The concept for the show was around for so long??? Hahahaha, the concept for EVERYTHING has been around long before… You make me laugh with your suppositions.

I would not be surprised to see the show end or be taken off the air in the next 3 weeks.
From the HORRIBLE police officers in the first episode, to the HORRIBLE acting of Alaric, to the HORRIBLE acting of the people on the show, that is being filmed.
This show has no promise.
But hey Jack, you keep watching it for the rest of us, okay?
And since you insulted me, how about “your mother wears army boots?”

So it is not just me, the Cult really is all that bad…
Looks like a blatant attempt to rip off the Following.
Does a really bad job of it.
Removing it from my Tivo.
