I wish they coud have keeped The OC on for the rest of the year and finsh the 4th season off, and kept the show on for another three or four, or five seasons. I was very uspset when they just cansled the show out of no where in the middle of the fourth season. I was upset when I found out they cansled the show. I wish FOX would bring back The OC. FOX stinks for cancling The OC. FOX YOU STINK!!!!

I can’t believe that fox has given up on the Oc.. It was an amazing show that everybody loved..especially me.. After every episode I would be counting down the days until the next one.. I cried throughout the whole of the last episode tonight because I just cannot imagine not watching this great and touching show.
After watching every single episode you feel you are part of the Cohen family and taking away the Oc is like taking away a family member!!
Please CW take this show on and prove to the people that our thoughts and opinions do matter..

Wat a f**king stupid episode that is by far the worst episode of the o.c. it was completely rushed no thought had obviosuly been given 2 it! that whole episode coudlve made at least 5-6 episodes with all the jumps to the future. How ridiculous. if ur gonna end an amazing programme at least end it in style and put some thought into the episode! what a dismal.

The OC is The Best Show Ever how can you finish the oc in 1 episode you just skipped 6 months and f**ked everything up to finish it a few years early if Josh cant save the oc then no show can ever be saved i know its not gonna be saved ive seen the last episode and after watching its clear tht its finished i hate josh how can he make a massive show like this and finish it if theres probs with thursdays then change days this show should have lasted 6 or 7 seasons at least this is a disgrace now i have to settle for smallville and skins but the is truly no match for the oc and now i have to watch the seasons again and again but theres not much enjoyment in tht the most enjoyment comes with sitting down and watching a new episode how ever the show could be saved because they could further the story tht ryans an architect seth goes to the art school or gets summers position at brown now shes saving the planet and the show could work plz some one save the oc theres no other show like it.

To all the OC Cast, Crew, Supporters and Fans!
I really wish for the OC to continue, how can we make it happen? I don’t know how I could help from Prague (Czech Republic) since it is not in the US but I would really love to help in any way for this show to continue. I have bought all Season 1,2 and 3 and cannot wait to order and (re)watch Season 4. Every time I watch this Series, it helps me escape my world and just have a great time in front of the screen. I have watched and re-watched all seasons and there is truly no other Series than “The OC” that has given me such an enjoyable time. To those who really do care, please (try to) continue this wonderful and funny Series, it means a lot to me in so many ways! If Josh Schwartz really feels he doesn’t want to continue as The OC’s producer, could there possibly be someone new?
I am (definetly) not the only one who gravely misses this show with all my heart!
Please, please, please renew this (ridiculous) cancellation and continue “The [so-enjoyable] OC”, “…please do not deny me this one [delightful] pleasure” (Seth).

Hello, Im from the UK, and last year I found out about a fabulous American teen drama, and you’ll never guess what it was called..The OC, I believe it seriously is one of the best shows I’ve seen, and I think that Josh Schwartz is a moron to cancel it, just because Marissa as cut of..doesnt mean the show is over, it doesnt mean it’s rubbish and that no one will not stop watching it, Many fans have proved that they dont want the OC to be over for good, but there’s plenty of storylines to use, We could even make a new show totally based on The OC and the people’s lives..It could be called “Berkley” or something similar, It can be on the lives of all the characters, bring in some more new characters, just let us follow on from Seth and Summer being married, and how they enjoy marriage, Let’s see Julie and Kirsten’s babies grow up, and maybe let them be together, let’s see how Seth does at college, or let’s see how Summer does with GEORGE, or even Ryan and Taylor’s relationships, let’s see Kaitlin go through the drama – it’d be great, it’s just simply like there life after all of Marissa’s death. We could even include Marissa in it as like..a guide or a narrator, and then having some storylines relating back to Marissa, please dear lord, bring back the OC, let this channel pick it up and let us UK viewers see it, and let the WORLD see it, cos it’s not just the USA that watches it, people from all over the world watch it and Im sure it’s alot of people’s favourite show.

It would probably get more views, and if Josh Schwartz cant even give two donkeys to try and save the O, He is a very weird show creator, and he’s obviously never had any faith in the show, he’s not dedicated like billions of viewers ARE, I cant respect FOX and Josh Schwartz if they cant keep a show that’s really amazing, and show that even made Josh Schwartz someone who was known, and he was respected for all the AMAZING storylines, the scripts even the actresses and actors.

i think cutting off the OC is the worst thing fox has ever did. My family and friends watch this show all the time and it was heartbreaking to hear the news of it having a finale already. I have watched the show from day one and i love it so much. It talks about real situations and real life. I dont know what they were thinking by doing this i can see that everyone not just me loves this show. they will regret it b/c alot of ppl will be very upset by the news and my not like fox anymore.. oh well hopefully fox will change their mind and bring it back on. I hope so….I LOVE THE O.C.

I honestly think that you shouldn’t take the O.C off the air…Because me and my family watched that show since it started coming on and we really enjoyed watching it…I think that the O.C went downhill once Marissa left…But it is still a great show…I know you probably lost a lot of viewers when she went off but you shouldn’t stop the show because of it…The O.C is the BEST show on Fox…I just don’t see how you could just let it go when you have worked so hard and got this far…Don’t give up on it now…I agree with all of these people…If you let it go…You weren’t that dedicated to it…I just hope that you think about all of this and all the comments people are leaving and re-think about taking the show off…PLEASE DON’T TAKE THE BEST SHOW OFF…O.C is AWESOME…Why let something that good go? I just watched Ep16 Season 4 without knowing it was to be the last episode. When it got to the final 10 mins i was thinking, how they gonna make another 6-8 eps in the season. It became evident when it showed them like 4-6 years in advance..

To have 4 great seasons and to end the whole show in the last 10 mins of 1 episode. although it was well done, it wasnt long enough.

Anyway, keep the o.c.. as everyone says, it really is one of the best tv shows.. certainly the best ‘teen’ show.

they also seemed to introduce alot of potential new characters… no they wont replace seth, summer,ryan etc, but it is something to go on.

The show can’t of been doing that badly that its been cancelled.

You people make me sick. You are talking about this show as if someone has died. It is a TV show on Fox no less. The Fox corporation is a great example of why our country is going down the drain. They design these terrible shows just so they can put ridiculous product placements in them. (as if the 10 minutes of commercials for every half hour program wasn’t enough) I read that someone had posted that the OC was the best Drama of all time. Are you kidding me? You are obviously not an HBO subscriber. Fox programming cant even begin to touch the caliber of dramas such as The Sopranos or Six Feet Under. All characters on Fox are unidimensional. There is no depth to these characters. They are boring and predictable. Fox was a channel founded on the Simpsons and Married with Children. These shows were subversive sitcoms that questioned the status quo that Fox has grown to represent. Fox dumbs down its programming to focus on its target audience, suburbanites with disposable income. Fox promotes “anti-intellectual pride”. We need to take a real hard look at the state of our society if we are getting this upset about poor programming. Turn the 60 inch HD plasma TV off and read a book. I’ve got a drama for you. It’s called Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte. It has all the twists, lies, love,and deceit you could ask for.

I LOVE The OC. I mean I’m obsessed with it..I CANNOT miss an episode or I’ll freak. When I heard that it was going to be cancelled this February, I panicked. I just canNOT believe this is happening. I LOVE that show so much and I don’t know what I’ll watch when it’s over. I mean I have other shows, alot other shows, but out of them all The OC is my altime favorite!! Season 4 has been the best so far without the awful Marissa, I never understood what all the fuss was around her. Taylor is a much more likable charactor. This season has much more humour and has been very enjoyable. This seems to happen alot, just as it picks up, they cancel it!

I just found out last night, Feb. 15, that The O.C. is done with. I was shocked & very upset. So far, I think this season is the best yet. Marissa is gone & Taylor’s a breath of fresh air. Cancelling The O.C. is a big mistake, & I hope it’s creator & Fox eventually realize they’ve made a huge mistake by cancelling this show.

Do Fox Producers Honestly know how much of an impact this show has made to the world(no exageration)i mean talk is rife in the UK the Buzz word is OC! It hasnt just appealed to the teen generation as was first thought…. Kids, Teens, Adults and even Parents consider The OC as part of their lifes’ routine. I personally havent missed an episode, got all seasons on DVD watch each episode twice a week as it is repeated in the UK from first airing Tuesday to repeat on Sunday! The realisation of OC getting the chop is unbearable. Theres no kualas here but pretty please with a cherry on top from the UK do not cancel this show. p.s. if any one from fox even thinks about this for more than their 9-5 shift, they will see how much revenue they will lose, commited fans will stop watching, subcribing etc to all the other things Fox has to offer. They be dumb to do so.. grrr so angry!

I’ve been watching The O.C since season 1 episode 1. I’ve never missed an episode ever. Please dont cancel The O.C. The O.C is one of those shows that everyone can relate to, those who are rich, and those who are poor. It’s a showed based on things that happen is everyones day to day life. For some coming home and watching the T.V and realizing that there is another “group” of teens out there going through the same thing means a lot. Even though it’s just a T.V it’s based and actually events in peoples life. I really hope it doesn’t get cancelled. Thats the only show I watch on T.V and by cancelling it there will be a lot of upset and angry fans including me.

I also cannot believe that fox has plans to cancel the O.C. It is actually one of the few shows that I can actually sit and laugh at. I have had my fill of the desperate shows such as you think you can dance, ice skating, and signers/dancers that can do neither – in the name of entertainment. I would be extremely pleased if Fox would reconsider this fall about bringing it back before all shows are stopped being watched. 24 and prison break and house are great however we can only watch 24/prison break so long before it actually become real dull. Luckily I just started watching both last year. But please get the human nonsense off of the air. Nobody cares about people that cannot sing/dance and people need nannies because they have misbehaving children – I believe a rethink is necessary – hope all people agree.

Josh Schwartz needs to remember THE OC is what put him on the map literally. I was disgusted with FOX but now after finding out he doesn’t seem interested in taking it to another network he’s just a bad as they are. Give it to others affiliated with the show and let these great OC actors continue with an excellent show that was wrongly taken away from us.

I can’t believe The OC is ending. And without even a teensy fight! This show has meant alot to so much people. It made them laugh, cry, and truly feel for the characters. I know I certainly did. I actually only got into The OC about two months ago when I bought the first season. I finished it in three days and am now completely up-to-date with the series.

The OC was a truly original show. It didn’t need major fight-scenes, witches, pre-cogs, flying men and women, or trainwrecks to make it good. All it needed was realistic characters and plotlines, which it DID have in abundance. Now I’m not one a weird freakazoid who wants nothing to do but spend my Saturday night at home and watch television, but that’s just IT. Not only television-freaks like the show, but so do other people, that’s how good it was. In fact, I don’t even HAVE cable or anything like that and I’m still finding ways to watch the latest episodes.

Even if Josh Shwartz were to give up on The OC, another great director or whatnot could take over. I just really hope SOMEthing will be done of this situation…

The OC is my favorite TV Show of all time, I just adore and I can’t believe how badly mishandled it was by Fox. They did nothing to support the show except stick in a time slot it couldn’t come back from. No promotion, they didn’t try to change the night, well they did, but just one night and they didn’t really advertise it. I think that the CW Network should pick up the OC, after all Warner Brothers owns the rights not Fox and what does the CW in CW Network stand for CBS Warner Brothers, it’s not that big a leap, anyone who cares should email Feedback@cstv.com. The OC in my opinion is the best drama tv series of all time. I am heartbroken over the cancellation and I can only hope the CW Network will take it over with all the main cast with it. I believe the 4th season so far is as good as season 1 as many have stated. We finally get to see Ryan finally realize he is truly a part of this wonderful family we OC fans have grown to love, the Cohens.Please Josh, give in to the move to the CW with the OC. i’m from Germany and i am just over 40 years. I’ve got all three Seasons on DVD and watch them every time. Also i know the actual Storyline. I watch the forth season online and I like this best. At work every one love O.C. and watch them also every time! So please CW, save the O.C., because it’s the best show I had ever seen on TV and DVD!
