I don’t get it… Why do the good shows; i.e., good dialogue, great actors, and interesting story line, always end up getting cancelled? Someone isn’t polling the right people. Instead we get those stupid “reality” shows that bore me to tears. Please touch base with the silent majority before cancelling. BB

God ABC really just because u dont have the huge amount of fan following cause it is a sci fi style show they yank the plug granted not all folks like sci fi show’s but there are many many of us sci fi followers we see a sci fi show we usually will watch it no matter what as there is not enough for us on tv. I was talking about V for 6 months before the showed aired I was so happy religiously followed even though u guys kept yanking it and would put it on break sometimes for 2 weeks sometimes for several weeks….even with all that aggravation I held on I love my sci fi shows and this is the reason I prefer not to watch sci fi shows on ABC/NBC/CBS worst networks for pulling things off the air to soon maybe you all need to start taking polls from those of us who love sci fi dont go off of those who say sci fi is ok or so so cause then you will never get it and understand it….It’s sad to see that V has now been added to the the list of shows that could have been something great but barely got to even have 2 seasons.

Well, like the true idiots they are, ABC did indeed cancel V. The decision was made in late August. I liked the show and thought it was just getting really good. With a whole slew of garbage shows out there, V was actually a bright spot. Hopefully, it will get picked up by someone else. If not, then there is one more incomplete show that rides off into TV oblivion. Thanks ABC…for your typical lousy judgement!

I’m a great fun of V series, I bought all the old V series and now I am going to buy the new V series, but unfortunately there are only two seasons. It a pity that they stop in the second season. i think this was the best series yet. and i have been looking the last few tueday nights no V they return has been on since march that it was off air, it bothers me that you had them on then off i think its time to give the cast credit for thier work and the filming please bring back V they return on the air for the rest of this year 2nd season and also 3rd season too i love this show i dont care what the viewers out there say its my favorite show V makes it suspenseful what the Aliens will do to humans, and it has not been on for over a month now please bring them back on tv i mean that seriously i support the cast very much i really do. i am gonna keep watch for you ABC people to bring that back on tv it had better be soon

I enjoy the show V and the show Flash Forward. It would be nice if V would stay and that you would continue the show Flash forward, even though a lot of the characters went elsewhere. There have been many shows that I enjoyed on your network, but you do not give them enough air time before you cancel them. You should think of the little people instead of having them all.

I live in Australia, i and others i know enjoy this show very, very much!!!! We would really like to look forward to season 3…..The show has great story lines….The show has a sci fi following, and they always seem to take the ones off that keep you on the edge of your seat….and that one hr just flies past, you just cant wait to see what happens next!!!This show for me and others is how we feel after each epsiode!!!

I have watched and enjoyed several good shows recently that have crashed after 2 seasons. ABC is most criminal in executing these shows. If this show ends now then I am done with ABC forever!

I think ABC should air the repeat of season 1 and season 2 at 9:00 on tuesdays even on the off seasons they would be surprised at how many people will watch it again. I love the show even the older 80′s V, it’s awsome how their bringing back the older characters too. I will right off ABC all together if they don’t bring back season 3. As for the critics, they don’t know a good show if it slaped them in the face. I know of alot of worst shows that are playing, that they keep airing.

I might not get this 100% right but I will try:

Nofanofsuck:
1) I think the plan was to make it look like the kidnappers killed Anna, not have Lisa blatantly kill her leading to her involvement being found out. This is why they had to have Anna snuffed out in the wharehouse where nobody saw anything. Of course all that went to crap anyway lol.

2) They had to come up with the plan at the last minute because Dianna rushed them, remember? And therefore the plan would have holes in it. LOL @ Chad being ousted by simple descrambling of the voice messages (child’s play for the V technology). Busted dude! LOL.

3) Everybody in the room was on one knee and had their head down when Dianna was having her moment of glory as their Queen once again so how would they see Anna sneaking up behind her? Answer: they were as caught off guard as the audience. Makes sense.

4) Mommy got scared and figured everything was going to crap and that her involvement might get found out if Lisa squealed so she wanted to warn Tyler all the things she wanted to warn him about all along but couldn’t? I dunno that’s my best guess.

5) No arguement there. Hey Mom just warned me the ish is about to hit the fan and my newfound friends are total posers and have evil nefarious plans for humanity but oh look I got an alien booty call let me just get some tail real quick….oh snap it’s really a tail…and teeth….in my neck….ack….*dies* LOL.

6) Blissing all the humans ensures compliance and quells resistance. Even if 1% of the population is against you, 1% can turn into 2-5 then 10% if resistance is growing (and the 5th column was still alive and well), Anna was trying to crush resistance once and for all as was her goal in the first place. She’s like why fight the 5th column humans when she can just control the humans minds and end all dissention among them.

Billy:

1) Yeah it’s strange they trusted Lisa to kill Anna but hey Lisa was the one who brought Dianna into the picture in the first place so they figured she was down for the cause. What they didn’t count on was Anna’s quick thinking and canniving to win out the day. Lisa was about to pull the trigger though, I think she would have done it if Anna hadn’t seen it coming and lied to her.

2) Lol. What can I say? Lisa’s wearing the skin of a hot blonde…I rest my case
3) Yes he was an idiot. But in his defense I can’t remember whether Erica told him specifically to ask Lisa for confirmation or not…who would have known that it wasn’t Lisa but her sister skinned to look just like her…
4)Anna was in the way, Lisa wouldn’t be able to see Anna in the mirror….IMO.
5) Funny thing about this one. Seeing as how both the 5th column AND the V’s failed to kill Ryan I wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t dead after all, that guy has more lives than a cat. Then again, did we see his neck snap? Amy’s no daddy’s girl
5b) The V’s who were feeling emotions were resistant to bliss I think they said that in the first season. that’s the issue, the bliss is not working on the 5th column V’s….Now why Anna can’t find the exact frequency to overcome that in her own people would be an interesting question…I think they were studying that…how Ryan was overcoming the bliss. I am sure there is a reason but the show may never go into that.
6) Yeah big mistake here, but Tyer was toast either way. The only difference here is that now the V’s know Erica knows all about them….her cover is blown.
7) Yeah epic fail here. They should have had Hobbes talking.
Lol yeah like they did in the original. “The visitors are not our friends!” *rips off John’s face* lol.
9) Our tax dollars at work lol
10) If 5th column was as efficient as you suggest they be…we wouldn’t have a show lol.

I was hooked watching as I am a sci fi shows. too much didnt make sence to me either.
1) 5th column members continued to betray the cause everytime a loved one was threatened, but they were surprised Lisa didnt kill Ana.
2) After everything she saw, Lisa thought her mother suddenly loved her?
3) If your mother tells you dangerous aliens are pretending to be your, you want to confront the queens daughter on the ship? what an idiot.
4) Ana could see Lisa’s reflection in the mirror, but Lisa couldnt see Ana’s?
5) half alien half human child showed no signs as any part human especially when killing dad. Diana queen for 5 minutes?
5) ZIf bliss worked on V’s, why didnt she control her own people first. 5th column couldnt do much without inside help. Bliss your own daughter. right?
6) Tyler rebeling against mom for episodes. Would you tell a weak minded child of yours the whole story over the phone while he was on the ship?
7) why would you make a kidnap tape that the aliens could analyze? their technology proven more advance every time. The reporter who is heard daily does the talking?
Why not show on the news the skin of one V being removed. fear of that changes everything. or how about a scanner that would show what they really look like?
9) The military shows up with no plan having done nothing the whole season.
10) Did 5th column win any battles? do anything right? why not take one for the world and somebody close to ana just shoot her in the head?
ok thats enough just covering one episode. too many movies are just like this, but ill be looking for the next season.

I really love this show and hope it doesn’t get cancelled. It still frustrates me that Terminator: The Sara Connor chronicles was cancelled with no ending. Please ABC if you cancel this show, atleast come out with a straight to DVD movie with the ending of this series.

There was a time when tv networks would come out with new shows in the fall, and run it for the whole season – September through April or May. Then, we had the opportunity to watch the shows we missed in the summer. We, as viewers could look forward to new, great shows and not have interruptions in the schedule for months. Ratings, I believe are based on continually being able to watch our favorite show, characters on a weekly basis, growing, crying, laughing, whatever the case may be until the finale with the show. Having to watch 6 to 13 weeks of a series and then wait 2 or 3 months or even a year until its return., case in point, Lost. It is rather pointless, because of the fickleness of people. They lose interest. Therefore, ratings drop. Whatever the reason for Networks changing the way we view some of the best drama series on TV, it is you who are cutting your own ratings. What do you expect. V is a good scifi drama that should continue to its final outcome.

they need to cancel this travesty. Its been going lightspeed on a teadmill the entire season. And the season finale was just pure garbage for multiple reasons. I’ll list them for all the fanboys out there.
Spoilers ahead…
1. Why the hell did they need to pretend to kidnap Lisa if the plan was for Lisa to kill Anna.
Lisa has access to the ship as well as weapons considering shes the one who smuggled the immolation gun. I knew this plan would fail from the start considering all of the Fifth columns plans fail.
2. What kind of assassination attempt does not have a contingency plan? And whats with the coffin. If it does block scans like Lisa implied then why did they not Hide Hobbs in it as a backup to kill Anna if Lisa should go soft.
3. All the Lizards are happy their true queen Diana is back but do not warn her she is about to get the pointy end of Anna’s tail in her back.
4. Why the sudden rush to get Tyler off the mothership? Anna didn’t know Erica was involved. This was such an epic failure to foreshadow.
5. Tyler is still an idiot.
6. Why bliss everyone on planet earth when apparently 99.9 percent of the planet are in love with the lizards and have been since the pilot. It seemed pointless.
This finale was just suck after suck. It’s only redeeming quality was killing off Tyler.

I started watching V on a religious basis for a good two months now. I was very unhappy to see the season 2 come to an end. I would seriously look forward to Tuesdays nights at 9pm, rushing home from college so I wouldn’t miss a thing! The story line seemed to get better and better through each episode. The ending of season 2 was a perfect teaser for season 3. This would be a series I would continue to watch.

Please bring back V for season 3!

If it ends with season 2, you can also thank Mr. Bud Adams (Owner of Tennessee Titans.) He landed channel 2 into a contract to do his STUPID football “Titan’s on 2″ show at the same time V was to premier and air. He refused to allow his idiotic show to be bumped to a different time slot. As a result, the cable companies did not program their scheduling for this, meaning everyone in the state of Tn and in KY were unable to DVR the show for the entire first season. If they wanted to watch V they had to stay up until midnight. Needless to say, the show lost most viewers from the entire state of Tn and Ky. Thanks A LOT BUD ADAMS. I loathe football.

You know it would be sad if Abc cancels this show. It is sad when the network is willing to cancel just because it does not have 10 million people watching it. If ABC would not delay the show for two weeks, then maybe the ratings would go up. Let alone you see maybe 3 previews during the next week for the next episode. Take a Saturday and make a rerun day or better yet there is 2 seasons have a marathon day. Do things to get the people to watch it. I know from my point of view that this series can become a great series and should never have been canceled from the 80’s. ABC if you cancel this series I know at least 12 households that will drop your channel all together. Every time a good show comes out you drop it and then leave us up set and disappointed.

ABC fiddled with the start time of V and No Ordinary Family. All season my DVR recorded the shows with no problem and then they pull a stunt like this. I checked with my cable provider and they reported no problems. And there is no way to see the finales now. Needless to say I’m seriously ticked off!

V is a great show with some good actors. The romance between Erica and the two guys is really great and could be better if ABC hadn’t spaced the show out so much. People get tired of waiting for it’s return and frankly we forget where we were. Promote it a little. I love it!

This show is actually really horrible, I don’t know why I’m still watching it. Horrible acting, predictable plot and one dimensional characters. Who writes this crap anyway? Bit seems like the writers who wrote the first 2-3 episodes were canned and replaced by housewives from the mid-west (no offense!). With all those ships waiting in the wings why doesn’t Anna just take over earth and enslave the humans and use them for breeding? There is no reason for the silliness she is doing now. Why doesn’t agent Evans just tell Tyler that the v’s are evil? I think she has enough proof, doesn’t the poor kid deserve to know?

This show is definitely HOT HOT HOT! The characters are great especially Anna (amazingly devious lil witch), Lisa is awesome (especially the cat scratching with her mother), Hobbs is exceptional ( love the accent) Laura is solid, Josh is so sultry-yummy!
The story is good and moving right along–finally,,, I like the tempo of the second season.
Chad is so fraken adorable…..

The weakest part of the story is the Queen bee from beyond this century—its no surprise she’ dwelling in the sewers no doubt with others who need an acting class or two.

Otherwise, the show is Excellent! love it love it love it!!!

I just watched the entire season 1 on the DVD release. The show started slow, nothing really special going on, same old bad alien plot as many other shows. But towards the end of season 1 something new happened, more alien emotions, even with the queen, and new plans as well. That’s what made me decided to watch season 2. The show needs to bring in some new elements, surprises, break away from old traditional ones. Or ppl are gonna get bored.

Love the show and I’m happy that ABC has brought it back. I know most folks are looking for that ‘invasion war’ to break out. Writing is great. Acting is great. Hope ABC challenges whatever number guru calls the shots and renews for a third season. Give the show that ‘niche’ timeslot instead of doing the unthinkable and watch the viewer numbers climb.

I just started watching the old shows online…very good indeed. I vaguely remember the original…anyway glad to see its going to be picked up for Season 2. It needs to be advertised more, good acting, good stories etc…instead dumb shows or reality TV gets picked up for the umpteenth time…I want to be entertained and that’s exactly what this show does great. Please keep V going ABC!!! Do not alienate your viewers.

I am excited that they brought it back. This show is one of the better ones out there. I hope they quit looking at the dollar sign and see that this is what so many people want to be involved in. I have talked with many people who say they enjoy the show as much as myself.

V is one of my fav, shows its one i look forward to each week.
its pretty radical for its style but i love the show cant get enough!
need much more and more availibility to episodes..please please keep it coming dont leave us on a cliffhanger on the visitors tv show, it would be a mistake…:)

i Love the show. I bought the original series on DVD and the first season as well. The remake has been imaginative and touches on so many issues, which most good sci-fiction does. Been looking for the online episodes because of an irregular schedule. Definitely will buy the second season when it comes on DVD.

I agree it needs better promotion.

I am very happy that V is returning… I loved the original series and even though this one has a complete life of its own, I am still enjoying it… however ABC.com for reasons unknnown has decided not to show full episodes which makes it very dificult to keep up should you miss an episode and do not have a DVR or Tivo or similar recording device… There are thousands of fans that are very disappionted and ABC should rethink its position and allow full episodes and they might be quite amazed at how their ratings will soar.. Anyway that is my opinion… : )

i really enjoy the new series have watch the original and i think the new one is better hope they keep it going and not leave it in the air like many series,

The show is good. I think ABC haven’t managed to get the word out and shove it in people’s face like FOX does with House for example. I thoroughly enjoy it!

V series is great. I usually do not watch series because I think they are geared to teenagers and are too mushy mushy or have corny store lines. V is the complete opposite than I expected. After watching the original as a kid and loving it, I decided to give this one a chance. I do not regret it! It has everything you are looking for in a series. It is like a long exciting movie that never ends. It has suspense, drama, fx, action, etc. What more can you ask for. We need to let them know that they CANNOT let go of V. I will try to promote it as much as I can. You do the same!

I loved the 80′s series v. even though it was made in such a b rated way. I would love it if you could bring back some of the original cast members. thank you to already bringing back one.!!!!

I am glad that V returned, my husband and I like the show. When the second season was started back up they needed to refresh everyones memory to what went on in the last epidsode. I wish they wouldn’t wait so long between seasons.

The Season 2 premier of V was kind of like a botched surgical procedure; leaving desperate viewers with a debilitating, incurable infection, that will likely result in a full review by the board, and eventually a revocation of the license.

This is the first show since Law and order that I make sure I tape while I am at work. I am so excited that it is back. The acting is superb!!!!!!!
