We’re Sorry and Thank You

frustratingIf you’re a regular visitor to this site, you know that it underwent a massive overhaul last month. The changes had been in the works for several months and our goal was to expand what the site had to offer and to make information easier to find. After hundreds of hours of work, the new site was launched and everything was going well.

Unfortunately, within a week, several problems started to rear their ugly heads. Our new host was unable to handle the demands of the revamped site, our programmer essentially disappeared, and just a whole lot of other behind-the-scenes site issues. I’d call the whole thing a comedy of errors but it was very difficult to find any humor in the situation, as we and many of our visitors became frustrated with constant server errors. We worked on getting the problems solved as quickly as possible but it seemed to take forever.

Well, I am happy to tell you that the site has now been moved to a dedicated server and most of the site’s problems have been resolved. We hope to have the remaining few things fixed very soon and likely you won’t even have noticed them.

We sincerely apologize for any frustrations you may have had as a result of our site “growing pains.”

    Yes, I had major problems with this site myself…it’s nice you realized these problems. It’s nice that like I kind of said earlier, you brought these problems to light. I might be sounding like I’m repeating myself, but I just want you to understand what I am saying. As always, I will continue to visit the site and will look forward to any future podcast episodes.

    Love the site. I did notice it was kind of erroroing out last month but I still stuck with it. Love the updates as to the status of all the shows. Keep up the good work.
