24: Legacy will arrive on FOX in early 2017, and the series has added two more to its cast, according to Variety. Veronica Cartwright and Laith Nakli have joined the FOX drama.
The news outlet shared the details about both of their roles:
“Cartwright has joined as a series regular. She will play Margaret Donovan, Senator John Donovan’s (Jimmy Smits) mother. Described as well-heeled and connected, the character is formidable in business and politics and has lost very few battles in her life.
Nakli, in a recurring role, will portray one of the series’ bad guys. His character Kusuma is a battle-hardened jihadist and fighter.”
