Adam Levine will likely have more than The Voice to keep him busy on NBC at some point. The Wrap reported on Wednesday that NBC had ordered a candid camera reality type series from Adam Levine and director David Dobkin and Renegade 83. Those are the same entities that created the popular Naked and Afraid.
The currently untitled reality series is based loosely on the Maroon 5 music video for “Sugar.” The series will feature moments of real couples during special wedding events. Some of the moments planned include “a couple about to get married suddenly discovering that a world famous recording artist is leading the house band or a famous actor becoming an unexpected guest of a bachelorette party.”
