You don’t see the actual characters but the locations are unmistakable. In each spot, an AFI agent explains how he or she has helped craft an insurance policy that’s tailor-made for each of the unique television families.
Toni Gnewuch, American Family’s advertising and brand management director, says, “These new commercials accomplish several objectives. In addition to striking a chord with people who grew up watching these iconic TV sitcoms, the commercials drive home the idea that American Family Insurance understands our customers and their needs.” In addition to the TV spots, the campaign also includes radio, print, online, and out-of-home.
