American Horror Story: Coven: (Season Three) Ratings

American Horror Story Coven ratingsAiring on FX, American Horror Story has gotten a lot of press but the ratings actually dropped last season. Will they continue to fall in season three? Could it be in danger of being cancelled? We’ll have to wait and see.

This season of American Horror Story takes place 300 years after the Salem witch trials. There are few witches that remain and they are in danger again. The cast includes Sarah Paulson, Taissa Farmiga, Frances Conroy, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Emma Roberts, Denis O’Hare, Kathy Bates, and Jessica Lange.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually on Thursdays.

11/6 update: FX has renewed AHS for a fourth season.

Final season averages: 2.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 4.0 million total viewers.
