Although the second season of Angie Tribeca was one of the cable channel’s lowest rated shows, TBS renewed it for a third season. Will the comedy get that lucky again? Will Angie Tribeca be cancelled or renewed for season four? Stay tuned.
A cop-drama parody from creators Steve Carell and Nancy Carell, Angie Tribeca stars Rashida Jones in the title role. The TBS cast also includes Hayes MacArthur, Jere Burns, Deon Cole, and Andrée Vermeulen. Guest stars in season three include Chris Pine, Natalie Portman, Michelle Dockery, Niecy Nash, Jack McBrayer, and Rachel Dratch. The sitcom follows Angie, a detective with lone-wolf tendencies. Along with a squad of committed LAPD detectives, she investigates the most serious cases — from the murder of a ventriloquist to a rash of baker suicides.
