It’s time for Animaniacs! According to The New York Times, the original voices of Yakko, Wakko, and Dot are reuniting for an upcoming orchestra tour.
Animaniacs ran on FOX Kids between 1993 and 1995, with later new episodes airing on The WB from 1995 to 1998.
The animated series featured a variety of character shorts, like the popular Pinky & the Brain, as well as bits from the series’ leads, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot—otherwise known as the Warner Brothers (and sister!).
Rob Paulsen (Yakko), Jess Harnell (Wakko), and Tress MacNeille (Dot) will be performing classic songs from the animated series, including a new verse of “Yakkos’ World,” on a cross-country tour. The trio will be backed by a full orchestra.
Dates for the tour have not been announced yet.
