Aquarius has a new actor. Deadline reports Johnny Kostrey has been cast in season two of the NBC TV show.
Set in the late 1960s, the cop drama stars David Duchovny as an veteran LA homicide detective who partners with a younger vice cop (Grey Damon). The series also features Gethin Anthony as Charles Manson.
In season two, Kostrey will portray “Voytek Frykowski, a loyal friend of director Roman Polanski and an ultimate victim of the Manson Family’s Cielo Drive murders.” He joins Amanda Brooks, who will play Polanski’s wife, Sharon Tate.
No word yet on when season two will premiere.
