Bachelor in Paradise: Season Four Cancelled Soon? ABC Considering Show’s Future

Bachelor In Paradise TV show on ABC: season 4 renewal (canceled or renewed?).

Is the new season of Bachelor in Paradise over before it has even begun? According to The Hollywood Reporter, production has been halted on season four of the ABC TV show.

The reality dating show brings previous contestants of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette together under one roof as they try to win a big cash prize — and maybe even finally find true love on television. Season four contestants include Raven Gates and Corinne Olympios from season 21 of The Bachelor, Amanda Stanton from season three of Bachelor in Paradise

Apparently, the show’s production company, Warner Bros., has shut down production on season four and sent the cast home amid “allegations of misconduct” while filming in Mexico. While the studio’s press statement does not clarify the “misconduct,” Warner Bros. did say they are conducting an internal investigation.

Whether there will be a fourth season of Bachelor in Paradise now remains in question. This is the first time the ABC show has had to stop production and it might not resume filming. According to THR, the cast was informed they “might” return to Mexico but the chances look unlikely.

From Warner Bros:

We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico. We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

What do you think? Do you watch Bachelor in Paradise? Do you think the season should be cancelled?
