After a major scandal nearly got the show cancelled, Bachelor in Paradise is back in running order. Deadline reports the ABC TV show will resume production on season four next week.
As reported earlier, Warner Bros. shut down production on the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise after “allegations of misconduct” arose. Later, ABC News reported that the act in question could have been sexual misconduct between cast member DeMario Jackson and a female contestant.
After an investigation from Warner Bros. found no evidence of sexual misconduct, ABC decided to go forward with season four, saying the the new season will air later this summer as originally planned.
However, because of the production shut down, season four of Bachelor in Paradise will likely have fewer episodes and will probably not premiere on August 8th as previously announced. ABC is expected to released the new premiere date soon.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Bachelor in Paradise? Do you think there was misconduct on the set of season four or not?
