Back in the Game: Is the ABC Sitcom Worth Watching?

Tonight, ABC is unveiling their third new sitcom of the season, Back in the Game. This one has has a great timeslot, nestled in between The Middle and Modern Family. Will it be a new Wednesday night hit or will it be cancelled like many others? Is it worth watching?

On Back in the Game, a single mother named Terry (Maggie Lawson) and her young misfit son (Griffin Gluck) move in with her gruff father (James Caan).

She’s a former All-Star softball player and her dad is a beer-guzzling, opinionated couch potato. When Terry’s son gets rejected from the little league team, she gets talked into coaching a new team.

Others in the cast are Lenora Crichlow, Ben Koldyke, Kennedy Waite, J.J. Totah, Cooper Roth, and Brandon Salgado.
