NBC has a new medical drama on their hands. Deadline reports the network is developing a new TV series based on the comic Bad Medicine.
From Midnight, Texas EPs Mark Kruger and David Janollari, the drama “is a character-driven procedural that brings together the unlikeliest pair: a world-renowned yet recently disgraced physician and a former NYPD detective with a take-no-prisoners attitude. Together, with a select group of scientists, they lead the Global Disease Detection Unit of the CDC, the SEAL Team Six of medicine.”
Kruger and Janollari are executive producing Bad Medicine alongside T.G.I.M. Films and Universal TV.
