Watch A&E‘s “Mother” teaser for the fourth season premiere of the Bates Motel TV series, below. In season four, Norma Louise Bates (Vera Farmiga) is alarmed by the changes she sees in son Norman (Freddie Highmore). A&E already renewed this Psycho prequel through its fifth season, so while fans don’t have to worry about it being cancelled too soon, EP Carlton Cuse has previously said he imagined the show running five seasons.
The cast of Bates Motel also includes Max Thierot, Olivia Cooke, and Nestor Carbonell, from Cuse’s Lost. Damon Gupton, late of NBC‘s cancelled series, The Player, joins this thriller drama in a recurring role. Bates Motel, season four, premieres Monday, March 7, 2016 at 9:00pm ET/PT, on A&E.
