TV show description:
Following the success of Mike Judge’s short film Frog Baseball, Judge was signed to create a series based around the short’s two main characters.

Beavis (Mike Judge) and Butt-head (Judge) are two immature teenagers living in the town of Highland, Texas. Beavis usually wears a blue Metallica t-shirt, has an underbite, and often picks his nose. He has a huge obsession with fire and, when Beavis has too much caffeine or sugar, he falls into an alter ego named The Great Cornholio. Meanwhile, Butt-head often wears a gray AC/DC t-shirt, has braces, and talks with a slight lisp. He is much more confident than his buddy.

The comedy of the two friends often centers around them making social commentary as they sit around and ridicule different music videos. This commentary, along with very identifiable laughs, has made these characters iconic of obnoxious and lazy teenagers.

Others in the series include: David Van Driessen (Judge), a hippie and one of the boys’ teachers, seems to be the only person who cares for them. In contrast, Coach Bradley Buzzcut (Judge) hates Beavis and Butt-head more than anyone else. The boys also have run-ins with Principal McVicker (Judge).

Daria “Diarrhea” Morgendorffer (Tracy Grandstaff) is a nerdy classmate who sees the boys for what they are. Tom Anderson (Judge) is a nearsighted, elderly neighbor of Beavis and Butt-head who often hires them to do chores. The boys would like to join the gang of a rude, violent hoodlum in the area, Todd Ianuzzi (Rottilio Michieli). They look up to him, while a short nerdy boy, Stewart Stevenson (Adam Welsh), idolizes Beavis and Butt-head.
