Airing on the HBO premium channel, Big Little Lies stars Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern, Zoë Kravitz, Alexander Skarsgård, Adam Scott, James Tupper, and Jeffrey Nordling. The cast also includes Kathryn Newton, Cameron Crovetti, Nicholas Crovetti, Chloe Coleman, Ivy George, and Iain Armitage. Based on the Liane Moriarty novel of the same name, the Big Little Lies TV show is a dark, comedic drama following five Monterey families: the MacKenzies, the Wrights, the Carlsons, the Kleins, and the Chapmans. The mothers (Witherspoon, Kidman, Woodley, Dern, and Kravitz) work themselves silly to present a picture of perfect family life, that is truly just a mirage.
