What can you do? Remember, the ideal scenario for CBS is for many millions of people to watch the show on their television sets, while it’s being broadcast. Unfortunately, ratings are put together based on a sampling of viewers. If you’re a “Nielsen household,” your viewing is being counted. If not, well, it’s not.
However, if you like Blue Bloods and want to see it continue, there are a few things you can do to help.
- If you’re a Nielsen family, watch the show whenever it’s on. If not, watch it on CBS.com or purchase episodes online so your viewing will be counted directly. Encourage others to watch the show. You might know a Nielsen family and not be aware of it.
- Talk about the show with others; at school, at work, online, or wherever. Creating a buzz about a show that you’re invested in gets other people interested and might help bring former viewers back.

The acting is great and excellent on how they teach morals and family values which is what we need more of. The actors themselves don't want this show to cancel,doesn't that tell you something? I have watched this show from day 1 and even reruns over and over again,words can't begin to say how excellent this show really is, CBS is dumb to cancel and replace it with what, some more stupid realaty shows or sex or sit coms? No other shows have lasted 21+ years let's have this one just as long. With it lasting this long it should tell you something as what people want.

Please bring back Blue Bloods on CBS and ION. The show is the highlight of my week. Blue Bloods is my favorite TV show. Television programing these days is much to be desired and the networks seem to be making the programming worse. It's almost to the point of not watching at all. The few shows that me and my family enjoy have been canceled or switched around to different times, channels. It's intruded on our family time. As we like to pile up and get comfy, make popcorn and watch the shows we enjoy a couple times a week. Family time is very rare these days. But it's a tradition and ritual we've had in years past. And would like to continue in future years to come. Please don't take the small pleasures away. Life is bleak enough as is.

I am writing to express my support for Blue Bloods. It is a TV show that is part of my daily (weekly) life and I cannot imagine living without it. I look forward to it and watching the show gives me purpose, enjoyment, and helps me process all the emotions and challenges I face in life. The characters have all the same marital/child/loss issues we all face and the show helps the viewers (me) make sense of what we are facing.
Please consider retaining this amazing and monumental show so that people like me can help make sense of this world and find our place in it.

please keep this show great acting,writing, directing etc. maybe switch it to a different night the 18=?? go out on Friday nights . but if you take it off I know a lot of ppl who wont want to watch cbs anymore, first mike and molly an AMAZING show gone now maybe blue bloods not sure who is in charge of keeping on cancelling your shows but they seem out of touch . please we count on these shows to make us laugh cry escape etc.

THis is a quality TV show and it would be a shame to cancel it. I know many people outside the demographic that watch this show. I am 53 and my mother is 77 and there are many in between.
Please keep this quality programming. There is so many bad shows on television I don't even bother to watch them.
