Blunt Talk: Season Two Ratings

Blunt Talk TV show on Starz: ratings (cancel or season 3?)The ratings for the first season of Blunt Talk were quite low. Will they continue to fall in season two or, will they rise? Will Starz renew the TV show for a third season or, will it be cancelled instead? Stay tuned.

Set in Los Angeles, Blunt Talk revolves around Falklands War veteran and broadcaster Walter Blunt (Patrick Stewart). He’s a British import who’s intent on conquering the world of American cable news as well as the fallout from his well-intentioned but mostly misguided decision-making — both on and off the air. The rest of the cast includes Jacki Weaver, Adrian Scarborough, Dolly Wells, Timm Sharp, Mary Holland, Karan Soni, and Romany Malco. Season two guests include Fred Armisen, Jason Schwartzman, Moby, Fred Melamed, Golden Brooks, Erik Griffin, Brett Gelman, Ed Begley, Brent Spiner, Paul Scheer, Trace Lysette, Leslie Ann Warren, Stacey Keach, Rob Huebel, Angela Kinsey, Charles Fleischer, Brian Baumgarner, Stephen Tobolowsky, and Daniel Stewart (Patrick Stewart’s son).

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.
