Who’s coming back for the final season of Bones? TVLine reports Zack Addy may be one of the characters to return for the last seasons of the FOX series.
Addy (Eric Millegan) first appeared as Dr. Temperance Brennan’s (Emily Deschanel) assistant in season one of the drama. He left the series as a regular after season three.
Speaking to TVLine, Bones‘ executive producer Michael Peterson said he wants to bring back Addy:
It seems like the right thing to do. I will say this: I know what the fans want, and as much of a roller coaster ride as we may put them through, we want to deliver.
I watched the show before I was ever writing on the show, and I think what Eric brought to that character was fantastic. I’ll make a promise to try really hard to make it happen.”
Earlier, we reported that Bones will return for a 12th and final season this fall.
