Boston EMS: Season Two Ratings

Boston EMS TV show on ABC: ratings (cancel or renew?)Last summer, ABC aired two Boston-based medical docu-series — Save My Life: Boston Trauma and Boston EMS. Only the latter TV show was renewed and brought back this summer. Will Boston EMS do well enough in the ratings to be renewed for a third season? Will it be cancelled? Stay tuned.

On Boston EMS, viewers “ride along” with the proud men and women of the Boston Emergency Services — some of the same first responders who answered the desperate calls when the bombs went off at the Boston Marathon in 2013.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
