Look out for some blue meth at the museum. Memorabilia from AMC’s hit show Breaking Bad is headed to the Smithsonian.
Ten objects from the critically acclaimed series will be added to the Smithsonian’s Museum of American History in honor of the “show’s influence on American culture.”
Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan, along with members of the cast, will “present” the items which include the clothes worn by Jesse Pinkman and Walter White, a bag of blue meth, Los Pollos Hermanos merchandise, and Walter White’s famous “Heisenberg” hat.
It’s not certain whether an official exhibit will open soon, but the items will join memorabilia from Mad Men and Seinfeld as part of the “museum’s growing television collections.”
