Comedy Central has released a new preview for the third season of it Broad City TV series. Watch it, below. Broad City, season three, premieres on Comedy Central, February 17, 2016, at 10:00pm ET/PT. Recently renewed through its fifth season, fans don’t have to worry about Broad City being cancelled any time soon.
Starring creators Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson, Broad City is based on the duo’s web series of the same name. The cast also includes: Hannibal Buress, Arturo Castro, Paul W. Downs, John Gemberling, Chris Gethard, and Stephen Schneider.
Comedy Central says, “On February 17, Abbi and Ilana step back into the ring for Season 3 — and this time, they’re not pulling any punches.”
In the trailer, Abbi and Ilana are boxers entering the ring. Their introduction is a perfect parody of the over-the-top announcements typical to the Sweet Science.
When this “match of the century” meets in the center of the ring, the women touch gloves, make faces at each other, then kiss. To the announcer’s consternation, they then began to dance.
