Carnival Row has some new company. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cara Delevingne has joined Amazon’s upcoming TV show.
From Rene Echevarria and Paul McGuigan, the fantasy drama is set in a neo-Victorian city where “[m]ythical creatures fleeing their war-torn homeland have gathered in the city, and tensions are simmering between citizens and the growing immigrant population.”
On Carnival Row, Delevingne will play “Vignette Stonemoss, a faerish refugee who flees her war-torn homeland to come to the Burgue.” She joins fellow cast member Orlando Bloom. Production is slated to begin this fall, with a premiere set for 2019 on Prime Video.
