FOX has hit pause on their comedy pilot Chad, Variety reports. The pilot comes from SNL alum Nasim Pedrad.
In the comedy, fully titled Chad: An American Boy, Pedrad plays a 13-year-old Iranian-American boy.
Apparently, the pilot’s production has been delayed due to casting difficulties. The postponement now puts Chad out of contention for a fall premiere, but it does remain open for a midseason pickup in the 2016-2017 season.
