The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Netflix Orders Two Seasons of Sabrina the Teenage Witch Series

Sabrina the Teenage Witch TV show on The CW: (canceled or renewed?)

Move over, CW. Deadline reports Netflix has given a two-season order to a new Sabrina the Teenage Witch TV series called The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Originally developed as a companion show to The CW’s Riverdale, the drama “reimagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft.”

Netflix has ordered 20 episodes (10 per season) of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, which is being produced by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, Berlanti Productions, and Warner Bros. TV.
