Review‘s Andy Daly is the latest actor cast in the Chunk & Bean TV series pilot at ABC. Last week, Daly and Comedy Central announced Review would air an abbreviated third and final season, leaving the critically acclaimed comedy effectively cancelled.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Daly has been cast as Stuart Dawson, the father of Chunk and husband of Connie, a therapist. Anna Gunn was cast in the latter role, last week. THR says Daly’s character is a therapist too, and while he is less controlling than Connie, he often follows her lead.
Adam Rodriguez was cast as Jim Rogerson in the pilot, also last week. Writers Ed Herro and Brian Donovan will executive produce Chunk & Bean, with Dave Hemingson. Chris Koch will direct.
