Time has looked at your faces, and time never forgets. Watch a new sneak peek of the BBC’s upcoming Class TV show, featuring the current Doctor, Peter Capaldi. The Doctor Who spin-off premieres on BBC Three, Saturday, October 22, 2016. In the US, the series will kick off in 2017, on BBC America.

The Class TV series cast includes: Greg Austin, Fady Elsayed, Sophie Hopkins, Vivian Oparah, Katherine Kelly, Jordan Renzo, Pooky Quesnel, and Nigel Betts. Capaldi, Ben Peel, Anna Shaffer, Paul Marc Davies, and Shannon Murray guest star in the series premiere. Patrick Ness, Steven Moffat, and Brian Minchin executive produce.

Written by YA author Patrick Ness, the new TV show consists of eight 45-minute episodes centering around the Coal Hill School in Shoreditch, which has been a part of the Doctor Who Universe since the first episode, in 1963, “An Unearthly Child.”

Watch the Class first look teaser, which debuted today, at New York Comic Con.

Here is more on the Class TV series, excerpted from BBC America press materials:

These four Coal Hill School students have hidden secrets and desires. They are facing their own worst fears, navigating a life of friends, parents, school work, sex, sorrow – and possibly the end of existence.

Coal Hill School has been a part of the Doctor Who universe since the very beginning, but that has come at a price. All the time travelling over the years has caused the very walls of space and time to become thin. There’s something pressing in on the other side, something waiting for its chance to kill everyone and everything, to bring us all into Shadow.

Fear is coming, tragedy is coming, war is coming. Prepare yourselves, Class is coming.
