When will the final season of Criminal Minds air? Deadline reports the CBS TV show’s 15th and last season won’t air until early 2020.
The law enforcement procedural follows the FBI’s elite Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) out of Quantico, Virginia. The cast includes Joe Mantegna, Paget Brewster, Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Adam Rodriguez, Daniel Henney, and Aisha Tyler.
Recently, CBS Entertainment President Kelly Kahl revealed the 15th and final season of Criminal Minds won’t air until 2020 because there are only 10 episodes and the scheduling works better this way.
From Kahl:
The plan is to play Criminal Minds on Wednesday night where it has aired, creating a mini season and giving SEAL Team and S.W.A.T. weeks off in the middle of the season to avoid repeats.”
