Gabriel Bateman is headed to Amazon. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the American Gothic star has joined the streaming service’s upcoming TV show The Dangerous Book for Boys.
From Greg Mottola and Bryan Cranston, the family comedy will follow Wyatt and his brothers as they deal with the death of their father, Patrick, who left them a copy of The Dangerous Book for Boys. The book, published in 2007, “is a collection of tongue-in-cheek advice for boys on 80 topics, including how to climb a tree, build a treehouse or a go-kart and grow a crystal.”
Bateman will play Wyatt on The Dangerous Book for Boys. Amazon has not yet set a premiere date for the series.
