DC’s Legends of Tomorrow: Legion of Doom, JSA Coming for Season Two

DC's Legends of Tomorrow TV show on CW (canceled or renewed?)

Legends of Tomorrow is getting some new company. According to The Hollywood Reporter, both the Legion of Doom and the Justice Society of America are coming to season two of the CW series.

Earlier, we reported Arrow’s Stephen Amell will also make an appearance in the show’s upcoming season.

At the show’s Comic-Con panel, Legends of Tomorrow producers revealed the Legion of Doom castmembers as Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher), and Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller).

Additionally, members of the JSA will appear, including previously introduced Hourman (Patrick J. Adams), Obsidian, Stargirl, and Dr. Mid-Nite.

From exec producer Phil Klemmer:

Even the heroes have heroes. For us, the Justice Society of America is like the golden age of superheroes. If ours is a family, it’s like meeting your grandfathers and grandmothers and realizing they were real superheroes. We have an unconventional way of doing things on our team, and some of our heroes can learn something from them.”

Season two of Legends of Tomorrow premieres on October 13th.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Legends of Tomorrow? Are you excited about the season two additions?
