Designated Survivor has some new company. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Zoe McLellan has joined season two of the ABC TV show.
The political thriller follows Tom Kirkman (Kiefer Sutherland), a lower-level Cabinet member, who ends up becoming the President of the United States after an attack on the Capitol. The cast also includes Natascha McElhone, Adan Canto, Italia Ricci, LaMonica Garrett, Tanner Buchanan, Kal Penn, and Maggie Q.
On Designated Survivor, McLellan will play “Kendra Daynes, a brilliant and wily attorney who lands her dream job as White House counsel.” She joins fellow new cast members Paulo Costanzo and Ben Lawson.
Season two of Designated Survivor debuts this fall on ABC.
