John Cho is headed to Hulu. Deadline reports the Star Trek star has joined season three of Difficult People.
The comedy stars Julie Klausner and Billy Eichner as two comedian best friends who are trying to make it in New York City. The cast also includes James Urbaniak, Gabourey Sidibe, and Andrea Martin.
In season three, Cho will play Todd, an advertising executive and love interest for Billy (Eichner). According to Deadline, “Billy and Todd connect after neither of them backs down from a prank war, and season 3 follows the pair as Billy has to navigate “couple” things, having only had Julie has a soul mate previously.”
Hulu has not yet announced a premiere date for season three of Difficult People, but it is expected to debut later this year.
