Dinner at Tiffani’s: Renewed for Season Two

Dinner At Tiffani's TV show on Cooking Channel (canceled or renewed?)

Variety reports that Scripps Networks’ Cooking Channel has renewed Tiffani Thiessen’s cooking and entertaining show, Dinner at Tiffani’s. Season one consisted of one hour-long special and ten 30 minute episodes. The cable channel must like what Thiessen has been dishing out, because not only has the show been renewed, rather than cancelled, but they have also upped the episode order, for season two.

In her first, one-hour special, Thiessen entertained Nathan Fillion, Willie Garson, and Lindsay Price. Other celebrities who appeared in season one include her White Collar co-stars Sharif Atkins, Tim DeKay and Willie Garson, who must have liked what he had the first time. Old Beverly Hills 90210 co-star Jason Priestly and his wife Naomi have also been guests.

From Variety:

In the series, the actress associated with series including “Beverly Hills 90210,” “White Collar” and “Saved By The Bell” invites friends and former castmates to her house for intimate dinners. The new season will include 16 half-hour long episodes, according to a statement from the network.

Here’s how the Cooking Channel describes the show:

Tiffani Thiessen invites her celebrity friends over for good company, great stories and delicious food. With guests like Jason Priestley, Seth Green, her White Collar co-stars and more, it’s a wonderful blend of dinner, drinks and fun. Come for the party, stay for the food.

What do you think? Will you tune in for season two of Dinner at Tiffani’s? Do you too, still want to refer to the actress and host as Tiffani Amber Thiessen?
