In an attempt to get your to clutch your pearls, and to promote the sixth and final season of Downton Abbey, PBS has released a new video featuring some of the scandals that have rocked the Crawley family and staff over the years.
“Downton Abbey, The Final Season: Stars’ Favorite Scandals,” features cast members Joanne Froggart (Anna), Penelope Wilton (Isobel), Michelle Dockery (Mary), Samantha Bond (Rosamund), and Hugh Bonneville (Robert), picking their favorite naughty moments, as well as scenes from past episodes.
Included, of course is the Turkish diplomat who expired in the then unmarried Mary’s bed. Notably absent is Lord Grantham’s flirtation with his housemaid, Jane (Clare Calbraith). Also missing are Edith’s (Laura Carmichael’s) pregnancy, and Rose’s (Lily James) indiscretions.
