Downward Dog has an episode count. Recently, TribLive revealed ABC has ordered seven episodes (plus the pilot) of the upcoming comedy series.
Created by Samm Hodges and Michael Killen, the show follows the story of a struggling woman (Allison Tolman) as told by her dog. Lucas Neff also stars.
A premiere date for Downward Dog has not yet been set, but it is likely to debut on ABC early next year.
