ABC is taking on Wall Street. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network is adapting the 2016 film Equity as a TV series.
From Regina Corrado and Amy Pascal, the drama “centers on a Wall Street banker (played by Anna Gunn in the film) who has to navigate a world of money and power where women still haven’t broken the glass ceiling.”
Corrado will executive produce the project alongside Pascal, Rachel O’Connor, Alysia Reiner, and Sarah Megan Thomas. There is no word yet whether Gunn will reprise her role for the TV series.
